I ordered Office 2003 on Monday (Aug 23.)night and paid for overnight shipping. By Thursday I still didn't get the package which by then, I left 3 voicemails and an email, yet no one returned any of them. I had to put a Paypal complaint to get my money back. These people are real losers.

I ordered Office 2000, what they shipped was Office XP. I didn't want XP. I have so far called them 4 times over a three day period with no response (answering machine), and have sent 4 emails to their support line.

If there is a successful resolution to this problem, I will be happy to report that. For now, be VERY careful of ordering from BuySoftware.ws

Ordered "Genuine" Windows XP on a saturday rec'd following friday. They DO NEED TO FIX THE ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM it did not work at all. Other than that I have no complaints. Good price good del'y.

We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
