C-Date

I thought it was 50 Euro for 6 Months now it costs 300 Euro. I want my Money back!!!

Said on website £3.99 so they took £12.99 which I can't remember agreeing to. Then tried to cancel and no luck as they want a fax or post. No one has fax anymore in UK. An how much would it cost to where ever head office is.

I put a block on it though my bank and now get a dept email saying pay £119. . Or it will go further. ... No, I didn't agree for that amount as I simply don't have it and only signed up for a few days.

No way to cancel or delate profile. Seems that they give everyone the same treatment and BS.

If they have taken anyone to court over this let me know please.

Also, if an a big IF, you take me to court I will use every single review I can find an gather enough evidence to counter you and take your money for emotional distress that you have caused me. Also for misrepresentation and underarm tactics in regards to your cancellation process and lack of customer support, which is basically blackmailing individuals.

This company has taken advantage of people and cost them money and distress and forced arms behind backs.

Stay away from this site. If you want to join or browse something like this, review the reviews first so you are not tied into something you didn't even want.

i just paid £11.96 subscription to c-date using my debit card and then i saw all these negative reviews and it has worried me that they will continue to take money from my account as no one can get in touch with them to cancel their subscription, i therefor reported my debit card as lost so that my bank would cancel it. I am now waiting on a new card to be issued. I emailed c-date via the trust pilot email address and got a response ( probably automated) saying someone would be in touch in 5 working days. I made sure i said in the email i wanted my account subscription cancelled with immediate effect and i have kept a copy of the sent email for my records. I hope cancelling my debit card means they wont get any more payments. They can threaten legal action all they want as ive also read they do, because i have a bery good solicitor of my own.

finally after lots of emails and fighting I got through to them and they promised to not rebill me at £120 but wont refund the £12 taken as I opted for 1 month a £3 they said I have used there service so still disputing it at the bank and blocking any future payments as they cant be trusted at all, all I can say is stay well clear of this site and its owners it is not worth the money pain and frustration if they had a link on the website to help it might be better but contact with them is almost impossible
