Having now been with Cactus for a little under 3 months, I have been pleased with the quality of the service. The initial setup was fairly well managed, and after overcoming a few teething issues our phones have subsequently worked well across all aspects of the system (call quality, call transfers, answerphones etc). Of note we did experience a short system outage (not associated with internet connectivity) after about a month but this was resolved very quickly. Based on our own (and others) experience, this appears to be a rare occurrence, but it goes without saying that the whole system is dependant on the reliability of your internet connection. I would recommend this service to anyone with who is thinking of making the jump from traditional landlines to a VOIP solution, provided you have a reliable internet connection.

We have used Cactus for our company mobiles for over 10 years and cannot fault the service provided.

Cactus have always advised on the best solution for our business and their prices are always competitive.

I'd be happy to recommend Cactus to any company looking for a telecoms solution which is backed up by great customer service and a very knowledgable team.

Cactus have offered us an outstanding telephone and internet service from day one.
They not only saved us money against our old contract, their friendly staff and engineer who attended site made the whole transition from our former provider very smooth and easy.
We are now into our second year with Cactus and to date we have not had any problems or issues and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Cactus in 2 businesses now and have always found them efficient and responsive, as well as being very good value for money.

I signed up for a hosted telephone system 25th June 2019 & and agreed to rent only the system with all call charges going through my existing provider. It was also verbally agreed( and witnessed) that the agreement could be terminated with a month's notice. I now find each month additional charges ( calls and directory charges) that are outside of my agreement. Otherwise the system works well but wish I had not opted for this supplier.
