I've ordered several meds over the past couple of years with no problems; good delivery time, etc. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my latest order, only to be told when I called CPP that the item is backordered. Has been unavailable all this time and they never bothered to email me so I could try to get it elsewhere. I see from other reviews that this behavior is not unusual. The last email I got from the CPP was thanked for the order and included a link to check the status of the shipment. The status still says they are waiting on the vet's approval, although, when I called CPP a week ago, I was told the approval had been obtained from the vet and the order would probably ship "tomorrow'. That was a week ago. When it was apparently not in stock all the time.

We rescued a special needs Golden Retriever and we knew he was going to be expensive. After years of paying higher prices, we stumbled upon CPP and we are thrilled! They not only have saved us money on the monthly pills our dog requires, they also have excellent customer service and quick shipping.

I really liked this company and would have used them forever. However, there wasn't an account setting. Each and every time I would have to look up my vets info and copy and paste the street address, the city, the state, zip code, phone number, fax number, vets name.... The account page has said "coming soon" for months. If they ever got that page up and running I would come back if I was looking for a new pharmacy.

I am writing from Hickory, North Carolina. That's at the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, North of Charlotte, home of The Panthers, NFL. The last time I was in California was in 1969 at the Marine Corp Recruit Depot in San Diego. I have to say CPP gets our Miniature Schnauzers (4) their meds in less than a week. To me that's very important. CPP gets the meds here quicker that the company up north on the east coast. I don't give out 5 stars very often, so you know I think very highly of CPP. Definitely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CPP! They always ship within reasonable times, and have a great selection of items. I don't know how the heck they do it lol. Shipping is fast price is super affordable! They've got me for life!! I love California pet pharmacy!

I have been purchasing my dog's prescriptions from California Pet Pharmacy for several years. When I think that I've waited too long to order and I'll run out, CPP has always come through. The meds arrive in time. And now that they finally updated their website so that you can save your information, ordering is even easier. I have been very happy with the service at California Pet Pharmacy--would definitely recommend them.

I have been using California Pet Pharmacy for over 6 years now. I order syringes for my diabetic cat and they have the best prices. Customer service is great and my orders always arrive earlier than expected and packaged well. I would highly recommend CPP to anyone .

I used California Pet Pharmacy for several years. My dog's medicine was $30 more per month from my Vet and I was so thankful to find them. My pup had Cushing's Disease and his medicine was expensive. I appreciate the low cost Pharmacy I found in CPP!! :)

Second time I ordered a medication for my pet. First experience was ridiculous; could not coordinate medication order with my vet so medication was held up and arrived late; I had to pay overnight charges. Would not have ordered med a second time but had difficult time finding online pharm that carried it. Second time was not good either; I selected 2-3 day delivery and then sent it standard 5-7 business days from California! Finally found another supplier and had to reorder overnight from them. Also, they take take 48 hours standard processing time at a minimum even though your vet gets script approved same day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't mind being jerked around.

I've been relying upon California Pet Pharmacy for many years for all of my Great Danes prescription medications. I call during west coast business hours and am always promptly greeted with smile and often recognition of my name. If I call during the morning hours & they have the product I want in stock, which is almost always, they ship the same day. I receive notification emails of placing my order & when product ships. The staff at California Pet Pharmacy are friendly and helpful. I couldn't find a better price for the medication my dog needed than what California Pet Pharmacy was selling it for. They ship quickly and I always get my order within a few days.

California Pet Pharmacy has a great website, easy to search and navigate with a large product selection. I haven't needed their customer service often, but the one time I had a problem (not CPP's fault) they were helpful and professional. Their prices normally beat other vendors' as well. I've been a customer for over two years, and plan to stay with CPP!

Very poor website presence. It's been over 90 days and they still do not have customer accounts active. At this point I do not feel secure ordering refills online with California RX Pharmacy. Any legitimate company now days allows customers to create online accounts. They really need to get their act together and establish an e-market presence.

I have a pet with Addison's Disease, who requires a number of specific meds, in addition to flea and heart worm meds and California Pet Pharmacy is my go to place for everything!! I definitely recommend California Pet Pharmacy to everyone I know. It is so convenient to just order whatever meds I need for my pets and they contact my vet for approval. I have used them for years and will continue!

I've been using California Pet Pharmacy for the past year at least and have found them to be super speedy and reliable delivering what is ordered. They work with my vet to receive the appropriate refills whenever needed. I don't even look elsewhere anymore as I know I am getting the best product and the lowest price.

I have been using CPP for years now. Prior to CPP I was using another online pharmacy to fill my pet's prescriptions, but they shipped meds from out of the US. CPP only uses meds from the US and their shipping is timely. They are truly my one stop pharmacy for all of my dog's prescription needs.

I placed an online order on Tuesday 9/25 @1:30pm for 2 medications for my dog (Galliprant and Vetmedin). I received a call on Tuesday evening to call in because the Vetmedin was backordered. I called Wednesday morning, spoke to one of the representatives that asked me if I wanted to cancel the order for Vetmedin so Galliprant could ship right away. I told her to please cancel the Vetmedin since I needed Galliprant to be shipped ASAP. Today 9/28 I called to verify if it had shipped since I have not seen any emails from CPP stating it did. I was told that Galliprant has been on back order and they just received it and it will ship tonight. This means I will not receive the medicine until next week, but I'm running out of medicine by Sunday. I told them that since they didn't inform me of the back order for Galliprant at all, they needed to pay to get me the medicine overnight. They confirmed this was a screw up on their part, that they should have advised me of the back order, but still they would not ship it overnight. Now, I' left without any recourse because I will not be able to get the medicine I need for my dog before Tuesday of next week (vets do not carry that medicine, they need to order it). When I asked the supposedly supervisor Kayla (she refused to give me her last name) to put me with her supervisor, she said she would not do that. When I asked for the name of the owner of the company, she would not do that either. All that she continue to say is we apologize for the mistake, but we are not going to mail the medicine overnight. In other words, they don't care about their customers.

I have never in all the years I’ve been dealing with CPP had a bad experience. They really go out of their way to assist you every single time. I look forward to calling them every few months for my cats meds. They deal with getting the RX from the vet and that’s also a huge relief. Love, love, love
