For my last fish oil order, I ordered from the cheapest company available online and I paid for shipping, and it still took 3.5 weeks! I live 90 minutes from Chicago, but it went from the east coast to Chicago, to texas and back before reaching my door... this time I ordered from a company that could ship it quickly. I got it in 4-5 business days and I am very happy.

Very surprised and pleased at the short delivery time of 3 business days. Products are as stated online. (Lutein and Folic Acid) Prices are better than local Walgreen store. Will keep site bookmarked for future shopping.

On their website, it states, "Most orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be processed the next business day."

My order didn't ship for FIVE days. Even though it was over the weekend, they blew it on their policy and delayed me receiving my order. I'm not a fan of slow shipping so will take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other companies out there ship same day regardless of the day of week, and do ship when they say they will.

Thought I bought 12 but only got 10

CAMFormulas.com offered the best price on the Internet, a well-designed web site that was easy to navigate, free shipping and quick delivery. I would order from CAMFormulas.com again.

It was great, but my one comment is that it would've been helpful if they had indicated that the form of shipping I requested, "expedited 2-3 day with free shipping" or something to that effect, requires a signature. I work, so after receiving a failed delivery notice, I wound up having to pick up the package at the UPS station--a major pain. If I'd known, I would've just gone with the standard 3-5 day free shipping. No wonder it was the default selection!

I appreciated the nice email I got from the founder after my order, though, and was impressed with his attention to detail. This company looks like it really has its act together and will do very well.

Ordered uncle lee’s green travel in bulk 6 cans March 4,2019. Went with this company because they advertised their cans 5.29 oz. vitacost was cheaper but smaller cans. Received order and cans were 4.23. Talked with Matt at company and asked for additional can to even out Ounce different. He refused and gave me a 1.00 back. Will never do business with this company again. Someone should sue them for false advertising.

First time buyer from CAMFormulas. products very reasonably priced. Partial order was backordered, which was filled withinn 3 days. In addition they only charged for what was on hand, of course they charged when the backordr was filled.

At first, I was extremely upset that a day or so AFTER I had received my order confirmation, I was told that one of the items I had ordered would not be delivered (and was no longer being sold by you). What a disappointment!

I purchased the Tao He Cheng Gi Tang Herbal Formula Granules for my friend who has had stagnant blood condition for more than ten years as evidenced by extreme black around the eyes, a perpetual somber mood, and abdominal pains. A week after starting the granules, her eyes have considerably cleared and her pains are subsiding. Her mood is also much more cheerful. She will continue to take the granules until her condition is fully balanced.

I ordered a heat sensitive product (probiotics) from this company for the first time. I have ordered this product from another company and it's always come with an ice pack at no extra charge. However, not only did this not come with an icepack, but it was shipped over a weekend to sit in a warehouse. Since it was in the 50's in my area over the weekend, it's obviously no good now, and the company will not accept an exchange, because I didn't spent an extra $20 (!) for an ice pack (and that option, I must have overlooked, having been used to the company I normally order from). Total waste of money (and it wasn't cheap) as now I am stuck with this. I'll never order from them again.

placed order 1/31, called back 5 min. later to say i'd made a mistake--politely told: too bad. said i can return, offered to expedite shipping. but he'd said that when i ordered and i said yes both times--yet shipping not expedited; delivery scheduled 2/5, the usual 4-7 days.

asked why photos differ from current product photos; hope i'm not in trouble there, too, with expiration dates: bought a lot.

site says returns must be within a mere 20 days of date of invoice, not from time of receipt, at my expense, after i call to get rma. then, if they get package/are happy, they refund minus shipping charges. but shipping was 'free' because i spent $49+. ?! so i get something i don't want and have to pay to ship it back, then pay again to have had it shipped? good grief.
