Our very expensive neon sign arrived broken. We contacted them; they requested picture and video proof, which we immediately provided. Canvas Freaks then stopped responding to emails. Several days later, I started leaving comments on their Facebook page about our experience, and suddenly they are able to send emails again. They promised a return label within 24 hours. I asked for a replacement sign, and they again stopped replying to emails. The return label never arrived. At that point, my husband who is handy performed repairs on the sign (soldering, etc) to get it functioning again since it became apparent this company was not going to do any descent approximation of even the worst customer service. The sign looks okay after repairs; for the price we paid, it should be immaculate. This company also says everywhere they can that they are a US company based out of Florida. This sign shipped from Mumbai. It *might* have arrived without being broken if it wasn't traveling all over Southeast Asia and Europe in the vacation of my dreams before ever hitting the continent this company brags about being based out of.

I returned my order over a week ago because I was not aware it would arrive unframed. I have not heard back from the company on being refunded. Highly disappointed and will never order from this site or recommend to others.

I ordered a 3 piece large custom canvas of the Smoky Mountains for a Christmas gift. Canvas Freaks did an amazing job I wanna keep it for myself! It’s just like being there I will DEFINITELY be ordering again and referring others! Thank you Canvas Freaks

I ordered my picture a week before I had to go back to college and I got an email back saying they are going to expedite it so I can get it faster.1) never had a company email me back so fast and so polite. 2) never had a company care about my needs before I go back. 3) 10/10 best picture, price and over all service.

I order 4-5 different pieces 2 weeks ago. 1 has arrived, 1 has shipped, and the other 3 are MIA. I didn’t expect to receive them all in multiple packages over the next couple of months. I travel often and I don’t like not knowing when these sporadic items will be shipped. There has been no communication as to the time table for the missing pieces and the only time I hear anything is when something is shipped.

I’m sure they are busy but let your customer know you are backed up with orders and give them an idea of how many weeks it will be.

I want a dream car, a Jaguar. I didnt want a car as a print on a wall in my house. This Jaguar motivates me to work harder than i ever have before. Canvas freaks rock!!

I ordered a large vertical 1-piece canvas. The image I used was only about 1500x950 pixels which is just above the minimum they recommend for the large sized canvas. Using their sharpening and editing tools on the website, it was delivered and looks great. It came bubble wrapped nicely inside a cardboard box, within the estimated shipping time. (Actually 1-2 days faster) I would definitely consider buying here again.

I was a little upset no one reached out to me to let me know about the canvas I chose was discontinued. I had to email asking status of my canvas. Then after choosing s new canvas it took another week week and half to receive shipping information

Had wanted to get the artwork I purchased from them a year ago put on a canvas and didn’t even ask for that artwork back, they’re putting a brand new one for me. That’s awesome customer service and can’t thank them enough
