I was able to find the exact model commercial Bunn coffee maker for about $200 less than many other competitors. This including shipping to my very rural location. I was told 10-14 days for shipping, and machine came in about 5. There was a credit card issue at first, but customer service was helpful in getting the issue resolved.

Internet site is very easy to use and customer service is great. Found this company online service and sales person is excellent,on time delivery excellent, I couldn't be more happier with the company.

The box the saw came in was damage a little but I thought it was just the cardboard but after i opened the box I realized the plastic cap that goes on top of the saw was broken. You're always leery when dealing with a company you haven't dealt with before, right. I know I was. Initially attracted by the price that Capital City Restaurant Supply was listing for the LEM #22 Grinder, I had a couple of questions, so I gave them a call. Actually, I called a couple different times (because I can never seem to think of all my questions at one time), and each person I spoke with couldn't have been more professional and delightful. My last call, I ended up speaking with the owner as they were all headed out the door at the end of the day. He totally put my mind at ease; he has that personal touch, as well as the others I spoke with. I ended up purchasing the #22 LEM Grinder, and the LEM Digital Scale. Capital City Restaurant Supply has become my new standard for the online shopping experience. I couldn't be more pleased, and impressed. My one caution would be this, have a realistic expectation on the delivery timeframe. The LEM scale was delivered quickly, but the grinder took a little longer because it was shipped from the factory, but I knew that going in. I actually used the grinder for the first time today, it's amazing. Well worth the wait.

What we received was exactly what we ordered. Repairing shade blinds in our greenhouse was not what "hog rings" were originally designed to do but they worked splendidly for our project. I was so happy to have found them available at your business. The price was fair. Shipping was high. But overall I am very happy with your service.

Stailess Grinder plate was unreasonably priced and though not made specifically for the myself meat grinder fits and works fine. Delivery time was as expected for the delivery method chosen. Hope to put the plate to work soon.
