Bought a caple wine cooler only 3years ago and it has lost its ability to cool due to a manufacturing fault when pipes were not correctly joined and Caple are not interested at all. My advice is never buy a Caple product as you are lucky if they last at all due to reading other customers experiences.Poor quality products and poor company attitude to their customers who they clearly do not value!!

The builders put a Caple dishwasher in our new house. It died on Christmas Eve (handy with a house full of people) it was exactly 3 years old. It has been replaced by a Bosch, it is quieter, and has more programmes. I wouldn't touch Caple again.

Had anew kitchen with Caple appliances. Pretty much every appliance has had to have an engineer out to fix it. Lucky they are still in warranty so have had no issues in getting them fixed. However once out of warranty it will be a different story. I am gearing up to replace the appliances with a decent make.

Bought a new kitchen and fitted mid 2018. All caple white goods. Have already replaced the double oven with a bosch. This was because even if it had been repaired the oven was so rubbish I wouldn't want it anyhow. There is currently waiting replacement the induction hob with an AEG. Again I wouldnt want to bother with this caple brand. The dishwasher has always since installation made a noise but on top of that it has never cleaned properly so given up on that! The fridge freezer currently works but an extreme amount of water collects in the fridge so that could be me operating it incorrectly in fairness but please dont think you are getting a good deal as it costs twice as much in the long run.. shocking!

bought an ex display hob and it broke down in less than a month. hob costs a grand and I have tried to get the broken one fixed but I had to pay for all the shipping and the repair and in the end they'll offer no garantee on the fix. they offered the newer model at a trade price and decided to go for that one to have the warranty. bought it, paid 800 pounds, got it home and when I tried it I noticed it's a different size and leaves a big gap in the counter. they don't have the older model anymore so the only option is to buy another kitchen. don't know what to do still

We had a complete new kitchen install and went for the CAPLE products which included Double Ovens, Microwave combination, Steam/Grill combination, Chimney extractor, Hobs etc - total of 7 items. Items where premium end with touch sensor controls and auto cleaning functions etc. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE !! Absolutely gutted that within 5-6 years - 5 (FIVE OUT OF SEVEN !!) of the items have FAILED/NEED REPAIR. (Old HOTPOINT appliances which where 15 years old where still in god working order but dated ). CAPLE not interested as they are out of warranty - suggested we arrange for local engineers to repair. If you are looking for reliable products to stand the test of time - FORGET CAPLE brand - many more to choose from out there.

I am late writing this but am feeling so annoyed with my Caple gas hob that I just have to say something ! I take responsibility for buying the thing but have found it is SO badly designed. The switches could have been in the centre of the ‘control’ area, but no, 4 of them are to the right and the end one is so near the burner, you need an oven glove to turn that burner off. The wok burner works well but why oh why wasn’t it designed so that you can have both burners on or just the small central one ? Our last Smeg hob had that feature and I will replace my Caple with another brand soon. Who gas designed this ? Someone who has never cooked !

Excellent company and customer service.Just had a new dishwasher installed and wasn’t draining so I contacted customer service who despite these difficult times of Covid 19 were extremely helpful and gave me expert advise immediately over the phone.They diagnosed the problem as an installation issue and not an issue with their machine.They were 100% right!! The plumber had failed to remove a drainage blanking cap on the sink drainage pipes so the water had nowhere to go!! I own several properties and have never had an issue with any of the many Caple products I have bought over the last 6 yrs and would highly recommend this company for their products and service.Just wish all companies were as good.Thank you all at Caple ????????

I am 72 this week and have been stuck at home like so many others for weeks. This week we discovered an appliance in our kitchen that appeared to be faulty. We rang Caple Customer Care expecting to be hanging on for ages. Instead, the excellent Kirstie Yates advised me what to do immediately becuase she suspected our appliance had been " disrupted" by a power cut. She was right. I followed her instructions and put it right.
Kirstie was as good an advert for a caring employer as I can imagine. Thank you Kirstie.

Our Utility Room tap started to drip despite only being just over 3 years old and well within the 5 year guarantee. We contacted Caple and, although we did not have the builders proof of installation or exact tap identity, Kirstie at Caple managed to identify the tap from our photos we sent and arranged for a spares kit to be ordered for us. Although not in stock, the item was delivered in just over a week. We are very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of Caple and thoroughly recommend them to do business with.

After experiencing an issue with our spray tap which we purchased 2 years ago, the customer services department were fast at responding quickly in order to resolve the matter. Super service!

Had a problem with our fridge and Stacey could not have been more helpful : arranging a visit by the engineer first and then when he couldn’t find the fault arranging for a replacement with a new unit which was done extremely efficiently and quickly. Must say very impressed with the service with Stacey keeping me updated on progress and resolving the issue. Very pleased.

I phoned the sales office regarding a small item, ie, a sink waste for a kitchen sink fitted six years ago where the rubber seal had broken. No problem for Desna Thorne who immediately knew which one, but to make sure, asked me to send a photo. The item arrived 2 or 3 days later and sent with her compliments. A five star award for customer service and extremely pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

I bought a Caple oven almost 3 years ago, which unfortunately developed a terminal fault. This meant the oven had to be replaced and, although it was now out of warranty, Caple replaced it with a brand new oven and had it installed at no cost to myself. You can't get much better than that and I would highly recommend Caple for a good product and more importantly, excellent after sales service.

What a great company - I have had 5 Caple products for 7 years. The first issue I have had led me to contact the company and a reply came within hours - Martin Shepherd was able to help me to diagnose and fix so quickly. He actively tried to help me to avoid wasting unnecessary money. He was knowledgeable, friendly and so well informed on his products.

Buy Caple - I repeat buy Caple.

Caple DE/CH MONO FLAT TAP - handle loose

I contacted Caple.co.uk via email to get advice on tightening my loose kitchen tap handle as I couldn’t find anything online. I received a very prompt response from Jessica Wheeler (working from home during CV crisis) who provided the information I needed. I asked a second related question and again I received a very quick reply.
Followed information provided and tap handle is now fixed. So within one day, I was able to request a fix and sort the problem. Fabulous support from Jessica in these difficult times ????????????

Our tap broke recently and we contacted Caple. After obtaining an order reference from our kitchen provider, Hayley quickly arranged for a new tap to be sent out!

Wendy in Customer Services at Caple, went out of her way to help when I had a small issue with a sink. Certainly I would say that the ethos at Caple is to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Fantastic, stylish products, too.

I had a problem with a four year old tap that was still under guarantee. Gill, the lady I spoke to in Customer services, listened to the problem but needed a particular reference number from the original delivery which I was able to provide and confirmed that a replacement item would be sent. It arrived the following morning less than 24 hours after my phone call. Brilliant service. Thanks to Caple and to Gill
