Like the other reviewer a zero star rating should be available. I did get the two bottles of shampoo that I ordered but one was broken on arrival. I was in the process of trying to obtain a second bottle but .... the midsummer fairies must've whisked that website up and away into their little fairy ring because I can't access the flipping thing. Access denied, access denied, access denied is all I'm getting. Write it off as a lesson well learned. Luckily for me it wasn't an expensive purchase. I'll review next time before I order online.

I ordered in April, its been 2 months now and haven't received anything. I tried to email but there is no one there. No phone available to call or any other mean of communication. Total SCAM. Lost my money!

Absolutely disgusted, over four months to deliver purchased product, refused to answer emails, no refund option, and when product did arrive it was damaged to the point of being unusable, considering it was a bottled set of items it should have been packed accordingly but no, just shoved in an overly large box to roll around and be damaged, please find other outlets for your purchases, this site isn’t worth it! Buyer beware if you even get what you pay for at all is the case with Carethy

I have ordered from Carethy.net 26-th of May, still no order arrived. Send multiple emails to them, in vain. No answer. So I have opened a case on PayPal 'Not received item' and I know I will receive my money back. They even don't respond to PayPal messages. Unbelievable ! I warn any other customers NOT TO BUY FROM CARETHY, it's a scam ! But I will sort it out for sure. I will go to the bottom and get my money back. Carethy - I want a full refund immediately ! I waited 4 months for my refund of 100 euro. It took about 10 emails to customer service. They kept lying, saying it was on the way. Very dodgy and untrustworthy company.

I ordered 2 bottles of aloe vera in the middle of march with a promise of 10 day delivery. 3 weeks later I still had not recieved the product and contacted the company. They told me they didn't have it in stock and offered me a refund. I accepted. They refunded me for 1 bottle and told me they would send the other bottle when they had stock. I told them I wanted a full refund as I had already ordered 2 bottles from a different site. There was no reply from the company.

After another few weeks I contacted them again requesting where the package was. Again was told there was no stock. Refund offered to me. I accepted the refund and requested the cost of postage to also be returned. The next email I got was that the package was shipped. It took another few weeks to get here, 10 weeks from date of purchase, and was very badly packaged and leaking everywhere. I would never buy from this company. I wish I read the reviews first.

Still awaiting my parcel which I placed on 26th April. Expected delivery date was between 30th April - 7th May. I waited until end of May to email as I know deliveries can be delayed, especially in this pandemic. I dropped them an email with an update and asked for a refund as I no longer require butterscotch pudding as I still have not recieved it. They replied within a couple of days advising me they are unable to process a refund as it is on it's way but I can track it... I have been tracking this order this I placed it and it has been on it's way since 27th April. They have not replied to my second email since 1st June. This is disgusting service and I WISH I looked at the reviews before purchasing. Disgusting.

Ordrered the 20 of April 2020 10 products, the order was not received after 5 Weeks. When I asked the answer was they can not deliver. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money, although this I received 3 of the products from which one is damaged and seems expired. I am still asking for my money back but no answer . I sent Lots of mails but they do not respond and refund the money. Worst online experience :( :(

Ik heb hier in February producten in de waarde van 56€ gekocht en ze waren dan niet leverbaar en wilde de refund ontvangen en tot nu toe ontvang ik altijd de zelfde aantword

What a joke of service, I did an order and after 2 weeks it didn't arrived, I sent an email them and they said my order was still in process because they were waiting for some items to be provided (don't know why they're selling something they don't have in stock, on the first instance). I decided then to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. Still waiting for my money after a month.
Ridiculous.

I ordered sompre product on 15 May for around 150 euros which supposed to arrive on 2nd of June, the order have been processing all the time, on 2nd of June.
I asked about the delay on 2nd of June the day the delivery was supposed. They told me everything was fine and to check the page for mor info. (status on process!!!!!!)
On 10th of June I wrote to cancel my order and on 12th the told me that is was fine, and I would get my money in arround 14 working days.
Conclusion, they are going to be be keeping my money for more than 6 weeks and I have wasted 1 months waiting for them.

AVOID!!!!! They are unprofesional,
