I did not give Carole Nash permission to retain my personal credit card details nor permission to debit my account with the insurance premium. The company presumed I did.

Have found the Carole Nash are almost the only one that do six wheel insurance about.

Carole Nash have taken payment for my 6 wheel policy twice ( Jan 10th & Jan 29th) yet insist that they haven't done so even though my bank confirms that they have.
The people on the phone were very helpful with regard to enquiring about this, but I am really disappointed that Carole Nash have not offered to investigate further and have left me to sort out something which is non of my fault!
Very unsympathetic service !

I have been with Carol Nash for a number of years and had good experiences for the continuation of my insurance.
Unfortunately this year I had a complete let down, no quote at all and even after I phoned for it, the quote never arrived.
Then I received this form for feedback as I renewed my policy !!!
Carol Nash went ahead and charged me anyway, no receipt, no advice … nothing.
The letter I received from them a week before my renewal started with ' As a valued customer …' If I was a valued customer, I would expect a decent quote and reason why an increase of £ 42.00.
Also no advice on the current travel situation on driving in Europe ! I had to ask.
I hope that Carol Nash will get their finger out and improve on customer communication and service.

Customer service is ignoring me in relation to them failing to give me my no claims for two years. On three occasions they said they’d review and get back to me wishing 7 days. The have not. Now my policy has renewed and I can cancel without incurring fees

If took three phone calls and 30 accumulated minutes on hold to finally receive a non-corrupted PDF of my policy docs.
I also had my bank card blocked and a call from my banks fraud department after you tried to take payment a second time after already being paid.

Very good spoke to a chap over the phone for multi classic bike insurance he was very patient with the me sorting the best price saved me just over £80 compared to Bennett's I was so pleased I done my house insurance at the same time

Apart from an issue where one member of staff could not see that I had two motorcycles on my policy and then the line went dead. I was able to progress with another member of the team who was able to assist however I have still not received my insurance documentation for both motorcycles.

I always have hang on listening to music for at least 10 to 15 minutes and then spend 20 minutes plus confirming data that you allready have. Water of everyone's time. I have 4 cars with you, there must be a better way.

Considering the long wait one has to get through on the phone young Josh was there in about 5 seconds. He rectified the identified problems and renewed my policy on the spot and what was even better he was able to reduce my premium by about £90. Thank you.

Thank you for hassle free renewal on the 28th April especially with this Covid 19 virus.It was brilliant not to worry about having to call your office.

I phoned to ask about modifying my car and was told that they would have to ask their specialist and that I should ring back next day. I did so, half expecting to have to go through it all again, but the person I spoke to was able to see the relevant information and gave me a quote which was actually less than that on my renewal notice, so I was able to renew then with my card and was very pleased with the whole process.
