Ordered wiper blades for my 2018 BMW X2 xDrive28i. Wipers arrived within a few days. However, they are not the correct wipers for a BMW X2. They were close. Maybe they fit an X1 or and X3, or maybe a 2019 X2. But they don't fit a 2018 BMW X2. I reached out to Car Parts Discount and was told that, even thought they shipped an incorrect item, I am responsible for the shipping cost to send them back. This cost will make up more than 50% of the price of the wipers. Not real happy about this.

I recently had a wrong part shipped to me which can sometimes happen with any company, on-line or over the counter. When I contacted Car Parts Discount they jumped right on it and provided on-going updates until the new part was promptly shipped and received. They even worked directly with my mechanic to help identify the correct part. Then when I inquired about receiving my core charge, I received an email and even a phone call updating me with the status. What matters most to me is how a business handles a problem when one does happen to pop up. Good customer service and from people who you can clearly understand seems to be a rare find these days but this is exactly what I received from Car Parts Discount. Even my mechanic was impressed with their service. I have already recommend this company to some of my friends and would do so to anyone who asks.

I have been ordering parts for my 1966 porsche 912, and they seem not only to have the genuine Porsche parts made in Germany, but they are CHEAPER than all the other rip off sellers online, and they are very FAST at shipping.
I had one experience where they forgot the include a part, and they refunded my instantly for the part price, taxes and shipping.
Can't go wrong with CPD.
I would recommend them to others.

I ordered a mechanical fuel pump from carpartdiscount because they were cheaper by $3 from any other place online. Long story short the pump was an off brand and very cheap that snapped into two pieces during the install. I contacted their return department to see if anything could done since it was such a cheaply made part and said there was no warrenty was offered on it. This was after having to send pictures of the pump and then contact them again as they did not attempt to get back in contact with me. I may have saved $3 but had to spend $41 on another pump from rockauto.

Needed a windshield wiper switch for a 1987 car and was so glad to find it here at a reasonable price. The web site was easy to use, and basically told me which part I needed because there were several options.(The auto parts stores wanted twice as much, and would not guarantee it was the right switch.) I placed the order and received the right part the next day. Happy to say my windshield wipers are now working!

Would like to thank you for the fuel pump on my Honda Odyssey 1995, I again on horseback !!! Very cool to put a Japanese auto parts, as my old the original pump is exactly the same Denso! That will send you a video of my car.

I ordered a window regulator and Motor for my 2000 Land Rover Discovery II, both front windows were broke. They shipped fast and when I found some time to install them, I thought I ordered the wrong motor and called them to return. I spoke with Jorge and he was excellent, had no problem e-mailing me a return slip to send back window motor. After taking a closer look at the motor, I figured out the wire on the new one by-passed the connector that connected to the motor and just went to the main connector, which then fit the connection. Long story short, my windows are rolling up and down perfect! I will definitely shop here again as it is reassuring they try to take care or their Customers and still have great prices on good products !!

I went on line and purchased wipers for my SRX for a good price, but unfortunately one of the items didn't have the proper adapter to fit my vehicle so when I tried to return it I didn't realize I was past the 30 day policy for a restocking fee thanks to George and his Manager I was still refunded the money I spent for the defective part and didn't have to return just discarded it. Outstanding Customer Service I recommend this Company to any of my friends and family.

I bought a hoist to pull the roof off of my 1974 Mercedes 450SL. It was very reasonably priced, arrived very quickly and is a nicely designed and built product. Instructions are good, though they don't cover every possible install situation. The rope in the kit is not long enough to lower the top all the way down to the floor, so I bought a longer rope and restrung it... with all that, though, it's still an easy and economical solution and I'd recommend this product to anyone with an SL.

I was upset about a order I placed that i tried to cancel within the same minute and they said it could be.After receiving the item I had to return it due to it not being what I needed in the place. I paid $12.75 for shipping which the company should've covered but they didn't and I took a $12.75 lost.I emailed them and called them they explained everything to me and broke it down well.I speak to Alot of people daily and i must say these guys have good communication and customer service skills.i can't argue with that.maybe the $12.75 lost was worth it

I was skeptical at first because of mixed reviews and seemingly low prices. I took a chance and I ordered a voltage regulator, oem Bosch for E60 BMW for $49, for comparison Autozone offer a Duralast inferior product for $187! I ordered yesterday and it arrived via UPS this morning, less than 24hrs after and is brand new and now installed. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and they have forever earnt my business.

I would recommend CAR PARTS DISCOUNT to any car owner who values excellent pricing,fast delivery and outstanding customer service support. This firm warranted an expensive electrical part for my Mercedes. The part was out of the factory warranty period but the customer support team took the extra effort and time to contact the manufacture to discuss my problem. Drew with customer support phoned me the same day with the staffs and manufactures' decision to replace the part free of charge. The part was shipped the same day. I was very impressed with the total experience.

I bought a part which had the correct picture of the part I needed and all the applicable data matched the year/car/model...
I received the wrong part. Seems like that is no fault of mine. I was given an RMA number without shipping since they said they would have to look at the part to determine what to do. They refunded my purchase but not the shipping. So i'm out $15 for ordering from carpartsdiscount. I hope at least one person does not buy from them because of this review and then I will have gotten my shipping money back.
