I ordered the carpet and it was sent shipped the next day and I received it 3 days later. Also FedEx missed delivering one of my packages and within the day she had it found and on its way. I will definitely order from them again.

I had to postpone delivery several times due to delayed building and American carpet was very accommodating. I received the order when estimated and all boxes arrived. Haven't had time to open all of them but they should be fine since they were packaged together with shrink wrap. I also saved on their prices compared to the other flooring stores.

I recently ordered vinyl flooring for our bedroom and had the pleasure of dealing with Regina. Besides the fact that the prices of the products are extremely competitive, the customer service is outstanding.
Regina sent me samples and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the products. She kept me up to date with the shipping and delivery time frame.
Unfortunately, one box arrived damaged. I called Regina and she immediately put my mind at ease and contacted their claims dept.
Literally, within minutes I received and email from Angela in claims with instructions of what I needed to do on my end . The entire situation was resolved within a day and a replacement box was sent out to me.
I can not say enough how pleased I am with this company. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars. The product is top quality and the customer service is outstanding. What more can you ask for? :)

We had a leaky pipe in the wall and had to replace some older wood flooring that nobody seemed to have the exact match to but when I contacted American Carpet Wholesalers I had an opportunity to speak to someone that actually knew what he was talking about and found me the perfect match. This is the second time I've ordered from American Carpet Wholesalers and both times I've had outstanding service. The first time I ordered from them was to replace tile that had been destroyed in a flooded basement. I wondered about grout color and the customer service representative told me the exact color to order. The project turned out beautifully. Recently (December 2019) I wanted to replace my hardwood floor. I ordered the flooring on a Saturday and had it within the week. Before shipping they called with a question they had with one of the items I ordered. If they would have shipped it as ordered, it would have been the wrong item.

Their selection of inventory makes it very easy to get what you need/want. I would not hesitate to order from American Carpet Wholesalers for a third project!!

Chris in sales at American Carpet Wholesalers was awesome in helping me locate the color flooring I had seen online by Coretec and he got my prior order changed to that color before it was prepped for shipping. He got the material to me fast and it was installed and looks fabulous. The installer loved the material and said it was very good quality and easy to install. Everyone loves it and neighbors and realtors are calling me for the details and where to get it. I saved several thousand dollars over flooring store quotes and got my entire home done instead of just some rooms. I had a great experience and love the new floors.

I purchased all my flooring from American Carpet. They have great prices.

I just bought a new house and found out the wood flooring has since been discontinued, so I wanted to purchase more to install in the bedrooms once the carpet needs to be replaced. I talked with Regina about this purchase, and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
FedEx delivered the material and was the complete opposite. The delivery window they gave me was 9am-2pm, which required me to miss an entire day of work. I was home all day waiting and did not hear from the driver until 2pm when he called for directions. The delivery arrived at 2:59pm. The pallet that the material was stacked on was destroyed and was barely standing when the delivery guy unloaded it in the garage with his pallet jack. One of the bottom boxes of wood flooring was damaged, but luckily the contents were not.
Disappointing experience with FedEx, but American Carpet Wholesalers was great.
