I love the wooden room divider I bought from Casagear. It is a beautiful addition to my room. Everyone who sees it loves it. You can't beat the quality for the price. I definitely recommend and plan on doing business with this company again.

Gave me the run around for a broken bed they delivered. Pictures were provided 20 emails back and forth, 2 months later they tell me to throw out the bed and sorry for the information our two customer service reps gave you, it was wrong. Really wish you would have called instead of emailed sooner....because it was my fault? Company won't even send the broken piece. We won't be doing business with casagear again.

Again writing to praise casagear and their amazing customer service, this time I ordered a small wall decor item but the attention towards me as a customer remained the same. I'm so delighted that i cannot think about any other way to shop for home decor.

I fell in love with the designs and the concept when I saw the products online. I have purchased a coffee table and a storage cabinet as well and honestly I am very happy with the products, service, and importantly their prices. I did visit other sites for comparison and I felt that Casagear products were fairly priced. The products I ordered arrived in time and I was amazed by the quality of these products. In the end I would like to say that it is indeed worthy and reliable to purchase furniture with Casagear, but make sure to use coupons so that you can also get an attractive discount in your final amount just like I did!

Ordered a concert ukulele, received a soprano ukulele with a concert sticker on it. When contacted to see if it was a mistake, I was told their inventory is all the same. I will be getting a refund, but I hate that they had my money and thought they could fool me. Disappointed.

I'm really happy with casagear, these are always the first to follow latest trend among others. Fast shipping and great customer service. My order arrived before the expected delivery date, very happy. All the tools were included in the box with detailed instruction to put the table console table together, made it really easy to set up everything.

I love the collection of products available at casagear. There are so many things to choose from and it has become my go-to site for all small items like vases. My last purchase was a wall shelf and i must say, it got delivered on time and because of the detailed instructions, it was really easy to mount it to the wall. I would totally recommend to everyone looking for furniture.

Every time I visit the website, I like that I'm always finding something new. The style is what does it for me, and brings me back time and time again. They have new stuff to match every season which is why I love it! I've purchased everything from furniture to decor accessories here, and I'm always happy with the value, the fashionable style, and the quality. I'm a customer for life! The office chair I recently ordered from casagear is quite stylish, functional, and durable as well. Keeps my home on trend!

I made a purchase of a dining set as advertised , they stoped the delivery saying it was damaged only to find out that they were only selling the table when clearly it read SET. Then they said they didn't have any chairs that they don't even carry chairs. Hours later I see the exact SET on the website for double the price. Very dishonest company/business. Never will buy from casagear wm nor recommend to anyone!

I'm really happy with the room divider i ordered, its looks fabulous in my house (See images). It was really easy to set up and made with perfection, not a thing out of place. Even in this quarantined and locked-out condition, they somehow managed to deliver it on time, really happy with the service and product, will shop again at casagear.com

I ordered a shelving unit from WOQ since their pricing couldn't be beat. However, then I read some of the reviews on here and got worried that perhaps I'd been dooped. After nearly a week without any update on my order (their website and my invoice said that their items "ship in two to four days" and that I'd receive a tracking number), I called and i could barely hear the woman I spoke with. She told me my item would ship by the following day at the latest. It didn't ship for two more days and took a whole other week to arrive. I guess they don't care about the shipping component and their website is deceiving. I'm pretty certain if I hadn't followed up on my order I might still be waiting for my item. Also, forget emailing them. They don't respond.

Never had trouble using Casagear, there are just good at what they do. Their customer service is good, the return process easy and delivery is great! Prices are good, so just have a good look around the site for the best one.

My order for the TV unit I ordered finally arrived, on time, in one piece. opening up the packing and assembling the whole thing took less than 20 mins. I have to say, the wood finish and quality of this item are fabulous. The best part, I used a coupon code and instantly got 5% knocked off my final price. Everyone should shop at casagear, I'm a fan.

I ordered from casagear WM/Walmart while the product was in stock. Five days later I had no updates on my order and I contacted them. The reply I got was that they didn't have the product and needed 3-4 days for the product to arrive from their supplier. So, I waited again and three days later, they canceled my order! There are so many decent sellers out there, with the same products, why should anyone get into trouble to visit their store with such a customer service?

Shipping was quick. Due to the price of the bed my expectations were low. I was shocked at the quality of wood used. The craftsmanship is beautiful. Using real wood you will have detailed makes that enhance the beauty of this bed.
