Absolute joke scam company, don’t mind you keep depositing as often as possible then when you want to withdraw you have to send photos pdf documents phone bills bank statements, they don’t reply to emails or call backs requests, takes over an hour to get through to live chat and they have 6 security questions to get through if you manage that they have pre worded statements just designed to frustrate you and make you give up!! My advice to everyone who reads this, contact the gambling commission I have done this and they are on to this company the more complaints the better, they are breaking their gambling license agreement. Their ceo is Simon Wilson of Intouch games the owners of MFortune I am emailing him to about his scam company. Don’t let them get away with this complain to every possible method you can!!

Real joke of a company spent hundreds topping up on phone bill for over a year won fifty quid and its took me over four weeks for them to say they wil now pay (although not recieved yet) I had to send in over ten pieces of ID there a joke keep making excuses up and stalking will never use them again stay away !!!

My advice is you is to go to the Gambling Commission and Complain 0121 2306666 as I had the same won the money on a bonus Then ask for a load Id then turn around said it’s been void so I was not getting no money so rang up the gambling commission the more complaints We all make they will be investigated And there license Takeen off them the Company Is a joke and the the call centre sound like they have not got a clue what they are taking about
