Same problem as last time 2 years ago.Order from online store which is showing stock. Get a order confirmation email. 2 Days later get a message saying "what you ordered is no longer in stock, but we have this version" (of course more expensive) Pay the difference. A day later the order gets cancelled again! ****** useless Caterkwik shoud read "TIMEWASTERS

The item I originally ordered apparently was discontinued 2 years back but once the lady helped me change the order, the delivery was quite fast.

Kelly-Marie Lawrence was absolutely fabulous on the order side and Dan Jackson on delivery was fantastic - such a struggle to get the old cooker out, but nothing faized him, he called in a colleague and got the job done.

It wud of been a 5 star but it came a day later than what they estimated but everything else was fine just cud of done with it Comin faster

Poor I asked for delivery driver to ring me 20 mins before arrival
I got no such call & nor did I even get a delivery date
The item turned up one day at a location where there is not normally anyone present!I
Luckily a member happened to be at our clubhouse when the unexpected delivery arrived

Excellent service from Caterkwik - my oven arrived with a large scratch on the inside but they arranged for it to be collected and replaced within 3 working days. Very impressed (four stars only because I had to unbox and rebox a very large item, which was an inconvenience).

Lack of any communication between staff and customer especially on weekends
I have purchased before on several occasions and had found the service second to none this is why I have returned to the again but on this occasion it was like purchasing from a different company

Excellent, within minutes of placing the order I was contacted to thank me, then an e-mail to say that the order would be dispatched soon and that delivery by next day. Also a phone message was left on the phone by James Seward. Order arrived in under 24 hours.

Ordered something online, expecting a 2-3 day delivery (as per website), then found out after I heard nothing that product needed to be re-stocked and would not be delivered for at least 2 weeks. Cancelled order.

Needed a 600 table "KWIK" made a call and had one within 24hrs, that's team caterkwik.

Needed a rational oven in a hurry, spoke with the team who efficiently jumped on it with passion, the guy I spoke to seemed to know his stuff and the rational was here within 48hrs. Great job!

the washing machine is very good but buy it off amazon its £250 cheaper and the service off caterkwik is terrible, you wait a week and get a bottle chiller sent!!!! no apologies just we will get one sent out next week.
