Caunce O'Hara always have my policy ready for renewal one month before it is due. When I was looking for insurance cover for work in the MoD, Caunce O'Hara was the only insurance company who would provide this cover

On the one occasion in last 10 years I needed to 'call in insurance to help' t(damaged IT equipment) they were most processional and speedy.

I renew my professional indemnity insurance with Caunce O'Hara every year. They remind me of its expiry in a timely fashion, along with a quote for the forthcoming year should I wish to shop around.

With my number one client I was emailed by my CEO to make a bank transfer. The phrases used and directness of the email left me in no doubt I was dealing directly with him. I thought he had reserved a car and wanted me to arrange and send the transfer straight away.
It transpired that the email was fake and the whole set up a scam. I was absolutely horrified and completely numb-struck. I contacted Caunce O'Hara and they made no promises except to say they were friendly and diligently went through the process of collecting the facts and asking pertinent questions along the way. After sourcing information from various sources they were able to satisify the underwriters and a payment was raised to settle the loss incurred.
I will always be grateful for the work that Caunce O'Hara did as it made a profound difference to my financial situation and the way I approach and deal with exchanges of money.

I have only given three stars as I had to ring four times and was cut off three times. Also the phone operators had not heard of the person who Emailed me and said that there was no such person. Other than that the people are very friendly and the policy suits my business and is a reasonable price.

I was sent a reminder notice that my policy was up for renewal on the 8, 8, 2016. I was phoned on Tuesday 26th evening to ask if I was going to renew my policy-which I stated that I was-then I learn that monies were taken out of my account on the 27th without my knowledge or permission-out of order!!!! I'm expecting a call this morning from the insurance agent to explain!!

Great service, been with CO'H for around 8 years and have had excellent support and prompt responses when needed.
I would and have recommended CO'H to other business colleagues.
However not had any claims yet so can't respond to that side of their business.
