I've been in the trade for over 20 years and I have been using cctv direct for the last 5 years and don't have a single complaint the gear is good and the service is great top notch firm.

great service and shipped out my camera for next day delivery , however I asked for a power supply for the said camera which never came, when I called for the power supply I was told it was not included and would need to buy one, now not only is the price twice as much as another supplier I was told I would need to pay £11.99 for next day delivery when I had only paid £5.99 delivery on the camera and on top of that I was told I would get a call back re the shipping cost to which I am still waiting and have since bought elsewhere..
very poor customer service and bad customer policy not having representatives that know what's going on..
this needs sorting cctv direct..
