Somehow accidentally ordered 2 Xbox live keys. Asked for a refund via email but just received generic response. Been on their live chat 3 times now but after waiting for an hour I Leo getting cut off. I've now sent 3 emails but again just get generic responses. These lot are awful. Won't order from them again. AVOID

Terrible experience after purchasing RAGE 2 PC (ASIA) + DLC. Received the wrong key. After using the key on Bethesda.net Launcher an error is received mentioning that the key is invalid. It is clear that they are selling fake/used keys. Tried getting in touch with customer support however they were unable to provide any assistance. They acknowledged the issue however mentioned that it would take 10 days to determine whether an refund is applicable. So far have not received any response from them.

WARNING! Criminal activities CDKeys have illegally hacked into my business account and stolen money. I am not a CDKeys customer or user and have absolutely nothing to do with them. I have tried calling CDKeys using the telephone number on their website but, the number does not work. I have emailed CDKeys regarding the fraud but,they never reply. I have lost a large amount of money to these scanners. My advice is DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES have anything to do with this criminal company.

Appalling. Sold me a key that was already redeemed. I followed all steps and showed them irrefutable evidence that it was not redeemed by me. Despite this they refuse to refund my purchase because Xbox Live support no longer provides the date and time that a code was activated on their new protocol so CDKeys cannot get a refund from their supplier. So what if you can’t get a refund? You sold me a faulty key full stop. Be very careful. This will be my last purchase from this site as it is a temperamental fraud.

Bought a 3 month Playstation Plus key and never received the key. Emailed with no response, also their customer support phone number doesnt work. They didnt even send me a verification email of my order or anything but were happy to take my money. Complete FRAUD!

Not refunding when supposed to. I have been using this site for 5+ years, never had an issue, but last week I ordered a PC game, and never received the key, just got some system error. So ultimately I requested a refund and bought the game somewhere else. Then received a customer "care" response saying my product has been activated so I'm not getting a refund. Well this is a plain lie because I have never activated my product, and now I have to argue for my refund. I think this site is selling illegit keys now.

On the 30th of August, I bought a V-bucks for my grandson, when I tried to redeem it shows that it was already redeemed. I asked the company my money back as we did not redeem the v-bucks. Playstation investigated and the v-bucks code was redeemed on the 24 th of August, six days before I bought. I lost £20. Don't trust!

Please be aware THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. I bought Witcher 3 but was CHARGED by CD Keys for a FREE code. They then claimed to me that their keys are from authorised locations but GOG (the platform who run the Witcher games) stated specifically that CD Keys are not authorised to do so. CD Keys are also removing a vast majority of negative trustpilot reviews (improper use of flagging tools) to sway their rating. They also refuse to verify negative reviews which is clearly a ploy.

Someone fraudulently used my financial information to purchase from here. It could not have been any more obvious it was fraud as they made purchase and then immediately changed email for delivery. Company will not refund. They also don’t want to give email up for security reasons so protects the thief just not me.

Awful, Recently bought a game that wont even launch, waited for 3 patches to give it a fair go at being fixed, then after 2 weeks asked for a refund (steam shows 2 minutes on this game, all failed attempts at trying to launch) to be told, unlucky sucker, no refunds on products not working! and yes, my rig meets all the specs. Awful company, reply's took days, stay well away.

Cd keys is a great company-when it works!! When it doesn't it is the worst. I bought a key from them that didn't work(after buying many that did) and they have kept the money!! They WILL NOT respond to emails and I was rudely spoken to in the live chat that I waited 90mins for with no resolution. I feel totally scammed and will never use them again. Avoid at all cost!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM. Preordered a game, after release the website never got passed an error code *please try again* later. Contacted support and they told me "the key has already been access and used". That's right even with the website still showing the error code they tell me that the key was already accessed. This company and its employees lies through their teeth and is there to scam you. Any further email to them is ignored, had to get my money back from a bank charge back. Stay well away.

Its 3rd time i used them, and unfortunatelly this time i received code that wasn't working. Emailed costumer service, got quick response back asking for couple screen shots witch i sent them and then every day for more then 3 weeks i chase for update on my case and always same answer: we are dealing with your case and will get you answer shortly. Seriously? its been nearly a month since i paid money to them and up to this moment of time still waiting. Very disapointed, won't use ever again, and i can talk from my experiance, but i my case it works 66% chance to get good working code, but if you are unlucky like me then.... You will have to spend lots of your time to try and get refund or replacement code. P. S i am still waiting ? but i loosing faith to get anything back and if i won't i will publish email conversations from costumer service so you don't have even try as it won't get you anywhere.

False Advertising - Regions not listed accurately I purchased a game from the website with the region setting being "worldwide". Two exceptions were listed (US and Canada) so, as they did not apply to me, I felt safe to get the game from them. The game did not work due to it being region locked which was confirmed by the company when I complained. I was refunded but, the advertising for that game, and likely others, is incorrect. After repeated attempts by me to make contact with the company about this false advertising, My complaint and concerns have been ignored and, even now, The game is still be falsely advertised as having a "worldwide" region key. Dishonest and untrstworthy. Additional Info -- CDKeys Support staff closed my open ticket addresssing the false advertising claim about the specific game I purchased (order No. 11367875897), Snowrunner on PC on the 22nd July, 2020. The ticket was closed with NO contact from the company, NO warning it would be closed or any contact in the slightest. PS -- I have chat scripts, screen shots and emails to back up everything I am saying about this company/issue

If you are planning to buy the game code from this website, make sure you use it within 7 days of your purchase. I bought two codes as there was a deal going on, thinking I will use it later. But later when I tried to use it, it did not work I asked the support desk and they told me to contact Microsoft, and MS confirmed that my code is being used by some other account other than me. They asked CDkeys to contact if they need more information. I went back to the support and they said even though we asked you to contact Microsoft but we also have 7 days non refund policy. It felt more like I was screwed and was asked to resolve it my self and then CDkeys had the trump card of 7 days policy. Never buying again!

100% poor customer service. I purchased a Xbox live gold 12 month member ship code not realizing until I attempted to redeem that it was for the wrong region (not EU/UK). In total I have received 2 emails from them, one automated confirming they will respond to me in due course and then a second generic email a day later. In total I have sent 4-5 emails requesting a full refund under the distance regulations act and they just choose t ignore. Im fortunate that I paid using my credit card so i've decided to go through the credit card dispute route. Disgusting service by cdkeys and I will never use them again and would not recommended using them so beware.

If you like paying for something, not getting it, and not hearing from customer service after you complain, CDKeys is the site for you! When you place an order, their confirmation email says you just have to create an account and link the order. When you create the account using the exact same freaking email as your order and try to link the account, they'll tell you the email on the order doesn't match! When you email customer service, you get a standard form letter response that solves nothing, then you don't hear from them for days.

I purchased Call of Duty from this provider... It never worked continually got a please insert CD error... Tried to contact customer service and never got a response. I should have known this site was a scam when it only accepted my debit card and no other credit card. I am sure most credit cards have caught onto this scam

I purchased legitimate keys from CDKeys.com that worked as intended. However, they charged me an extra 26 cents that was not authorized and was not explained. While this is a ridiculously insignificant amount, when I questioned the charge I was advised that my bank must have charged me a fee as it wasn't them. I knew this was not true but I checked with my bank just to be certain. The bank confirmed my belief that they didn't charge me anything and when I followed up with CDKeys.com to let them know my bank doesn't charge random, unexplained fees, they promptly stopped replying to me. While this isn't a huge deal financially, it's still upsetting that they can get away with this and makes me wonder if they're charging a bunch of people extra fees? I mean, it eventually adds up for them.

I ordered Red Dead Redemption 2 and received the code for Red Dead Redemption 1. I contacted them and after a week of waiting, they refused to reimburse me or make me a credit.
