We bought a Magento to Hubspot extension. The installation went very smoothly. During the setup process, we have some issues with syncing deals in Hubspot. What I was surprised to see is the technical support! These people stand out for it's product and willing to fix the issues. We are using more than 20 extensions from different developers for Magento for the past 5 years and that's the best technical support I have seen so far. No one extensions are bug-free and that's why you have to make sure that the issue will be fixed in a timely manner. We've been working together almost for 2 weeks and every day I received a status update and they were always online. Also, I would like to mention that we asked them to add a few features in order to see some additional fields in the HubSpot and they added these features pretty fast! 100% recommended! Great people!

I have been using lazada & shopee integration plugin more than 1 year, I understand that every marketplace backend will change code from time to time, sometimes our sync within marketplace will not working after marketplace code changed. We call to Cedcommerce support team, in very short time they will fix it for us and our sync will back to normal again. Thank you for your great support.

By far my favourite importing app I have used ever! Saves me so much time and very cheap costs, the support team are beyond amazing and always there to help, without this app I would be so lost! Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to dropship items from multiple websites such as ebay, ali express, amazon and so much more!

I took some time before giving this review as I wanted to be 100% sure about the app. Although I can't state the upload was that spotless it isn't so abnormal as such other apps. We've tried this multiple times with different solutions from years and it's rarely perfect however you can fix the listing imperfections pretty effectively and the app itself works extraordinary and at an affordable expense for what you get. You can't simply launch a site and accept sales. Regularly, you must connect with the support as they are always there to advise you for improving your listings on eBay. Also, a program makes the procedure so much simple & easier. Maps you Shopify product with eBay requirements with a few simple steps of templates & profile creation. At last, I would surely want to say the cedcommerce eBay app is incredible & their support is marvelous. We are utilizing the eBay app for now. Might do try their other solutions soon.

Having used the CED Hubspot integration for Magento 1 and had a great experience with their support - dedicated Skype chat with the supporting team, quick to resolve issues and happy to extend integration. I then went on to use their Magento 2 support on a data migration M1 to M2... Delivered on time and to a good standard, one minor issue and a few niggles all resolved quickly. Happy to recommend.

I give the Omni importer app a 10 out 10 .Its a must have if you run Etsy and shopify store.Also they have amazing support team.when i say amazing i truly mean it .My favorite customer Representative is Deepti Shukla.Shes truly heaven sent .from day one she walked me step by step with everything.I love using all of cedcommerce apps .Their apps makes life so easy when running your shopify store.

I guess I was asked a couple of times to write a review on the support during the installation process. It's only just been finalized, so there's really not much to say. I've bought the Bonanza extension and more recently the Facebook one, and I guess they both do what they're supposed to do. Time will tell.

CEDCommerce is an amazing ebay app, that has tremendously reduced my manual workload uploading our shopify products to ebay, with just a click of a button. So fast, so easy.. it would take me hours to accomplish what this software does in less than a minute.. So impressed with this software ;) .. The best part is the customer service you get is amazing! Srajan and his team were always there to help me with any issues or problems I had with the software or if I got stuck figuring out how to use anything! Wow! I just love this software and the support! Thank you Srajan and CEDCommerce, you guys have been a lifesaver in my Ebay business!

Omni Importer is perfect for importing through from marketplace. I was struggling to do this manually, so happy I found this awesome App! Keep up the great work! Very easy to use the app, imported 1000+ listing to my Shopify store. Customer care also superb, Always with me online. Price is also very reasonable. I think this company went the extra mile and got the job done perfect ! It also syncs the inventory! Saves even more time/

The app works brilliantly, it's really easy to use. When there was a minor issue with my product import the team were available immediately to help rectify the issue. The team are very friendly and quick to respond. Highly Recommend!

*UPDATE* Ced wasted MORE of my money and time after this and i found a virus placed on my site by them they are HORRIBLE! YEARS LATER NOTHING WORKS STILL!!! Worst company I have ever worked with spent 700+ never got anything working people are rude and horrible to get help from it's shameful

I would have given 0 stars if possible. The only reason they deserve 1 star is because of their great customer support. We purchased their online auction system extension for Magento 2. The extension is so bad, that it doesn't do basic auction thing, means highest bidders don't become the winners of the auction. It seemed to me that their extension is incomplete. A lot of features are missing. No ways to filter auctions on catalog page. No reserve auction feature. No proxy bidding. No outbid email/sms notification. Bug while listing an item on auction, if we start an auction at a later time auction won't start at all. No closing soon email. Winner gets email after 2-3 hours. Very difficult to manage auction in the admin panel. It seems the developer who developed this extension had no idea how auction system works.

I used the Omni app to import all of my eBay products over to Shopify, syncing my inventory and prices in the process. They have great pricing plans and super helpful customer service. They're available to talk whenever you need any assistance the support team is there to help, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was requested to give an extensive review, so I would. Overall it is a useful plugin, the support is good, and customization works are reasonable. However the plugin is incomplete and you are requested to pay for customization (despite functionality advertised on website), documentation severely lacking and needs to be extensively tested to ensure it meets your needs. Pros: 1. Technical support is excellent. They had resolved all their technical issues within reasonable time frame. 2. Customization works are reasonably priced and delivered within reasonable time frame. 3. The plugin does get the job done. 4. They are easily accessible via Whatsapp. Cons: 1. No dedicated site to test plugin despite requested. Test site is shared and hence settings is constantly reset making extensive testing a challenge. (There is no trial plugin) 2. The plugin is not complete albeit functional. It is missing certain core functionalities such as updating cancelled or completed orders (Which I had to pay extra to get incorporated). So you need to extensively test the plugin to see if it meet your needs. 3. Documentation is severely lacking, so quite a bit of trial and error involved. This includes server and hosting environment (I ended up upgrading to VPS). 4. It appears technical support is provided by one person, so if he is on leave, the you are kind of stuck.

I purchased an extension module by Cedcommerce less than 2 weeks, but the system is so buggy, whenever i reported a problem for the system, they just changed the topic and saying other parts are working fine. I have to repeat the questions many times and argued with them before they admitted the problems. In short 2 weeks, the same problems and more bugs keep resurfaced, I even complained to their sales department countless of times, but every time they just diverted me to the technical team and giving me the quick and dirty solution to the problems by patching the wrong figures, wrong quantity in the database. Until today, they still refused to refund to me, and their buggy module just sitting in my system and messed up with all my operation. They are definitely not a professional company and full of scam. I know my post will be deleted in a couple of days or weeks because Cedcommerce keeps tracking such legit negative posts and engaged the website to delete them. I was the victim paying $299 for such crappy module. If you are able to read this post, please make your choice wisely.

We had CEDcommerce provide us with a Magento 2 to Etsy integration around 18 months ago. When installed it was literally littered with bugs. We spent hours on end finding and reporting them to CED who, to be fair, promptly fixed them. It took around 6 months before everything was working as expected. We had paid an initial $500 for the extension but after 3 months they insisted we pay a service contract in order for them to continue with the "customisation" as they like to call it. Which is code-word for fixing bugs that should not have been there in the first place! Since then the extension has been working fine and Etsy has become a key marketplace for us. We've had no reason to be in touch with CED and no further payments have been made. We are now at a juncture where we need to upgrade Magento from v2.1 to v2.3. It's a large and costly project involving our 3rd party IT support team patching over 30 extensions. Every single one of these extensions, and I do mean EVERY one of them, have provided a patch for free (as you would expect) but NOT CEDcommerce. They refused to provide a patch, saying that they will have to re-do the "customisations", which in all honesty should be part of their base code for all customers, and if not then it brings their professionalism into question. They wanted to charge us another $450 for the patch that we are getting free from all other companies. They do not care about service - they only care about making more money. I would urge anyone with common sense to avoid this company. You may think things are going well but at some point further down the line when something goes wrong with your extension, they will try to rob you blind. Shame on CEDcommerce.

Available at any time and they provide a 1 on 1 agent. They are always looking out for your business and helping you reach your goal. I highly recommend CedCommerce and all their Apps. I have opted for the store customisation services of cedcommerce and they revamped my store completely. they also did customisation work like installing language converter and making it responsive on all the devices, which my theme doesn't supports. customised the theme as per our requirements and liking. now i'm loving my store very much. we have the best korean products one would love to try. they have set attractive banners as per the products, changed the color theme. proper testing was done before delivering the project to us. they made multiple amendments too as per the requirement. overall the support was really helpful. hardworking people. good job! thanks
