I recently dropped the expensive wireless contact and decided to buy an unlocked phone so that I could change carriers without having to toss my phone. I was able to find a lot of great budget friendly options, and the customer service and shipping were fantastic. Celltoget has great policies. I got my phone fast and it was in perfect condition and works great. I'm so glad I freed myself from my previous wireless carrier and grabbed a phone from this company. My spouse is going to do the same in the next month. I wish I had known about Celltoget the last time I broke my phone! I thought I was going to have to sell a limb to afford a new phone at full price, and I was afraid of getting scammed elsewhere, but I had no other choice. No other phone shopping experience has been as painless as this one.

I was looking all over the internet for a specific blackberry model. I couldn't find it anywhere except some sites I hadn't heard of. Celltoget had some great reviews so i figured Id check it out. They had the exact model I was in search of, and many other great phones I hadnt seen anywhere else. Got my package shortly after and am currently enjoying my new phone :)

Bought cell phone from them. Delivery was good. They sent it in a very protected box. But the cell phone was defective out of the box. I don't know if it was the cell phone manufacturer's fault or theirs. They accepted a return and send me an exchange overnight

Excellent shop and wonderful customer service. Prices are reasonable and staff very helpful. Go there first always and very quick Great service, they had the best price around as I called 5 to 6 different iphone repair shops. They got me in and out fast. I would refer all my friends and family for any issues with their phone

I gave these fellas a one star rating a couple of weeks ago and will now upgrade them to 5 stars. I have now received my LG Flex and it is great, no doubt about it. Once they figured out what they were doing (or weren't doing) over there, Goergein particular snapped into action and got the cell phone to me in 2 days via FedEx, plus he agreed to refund my shipping charge. He also said he would compensate me with some goodies. The problem, as I see it, is that these folks struggle a little with the right hand knowing what the left hand is doing, and they need to get better at knowing exactly where the order stands and at giving actual and factual information to the customer when it is requested. Two different people on the phone told me the unit was "on the way" when it was not. In this day and age of computers and tracking, everyone in a company of this type should know exactly where the unit is -- from warehouse to dock to truck to customer, and if they don't know for certain, they should not make any representations to customers at all. But the Cell phone arrived in perfect shape and it is just stunning, no doubt about. It was worth going through the inefficiency because the price was so good and if celltoget.com gets the kinks out of the system, they'll be the place to go to. The question is, will they?

I am very happy with my experience. I was provided a tracking number, and recieved my product faster than expected, all at a substnaitally reduced price for the product itself and a reasonable shipping charge This is my first buy with this merchant and so far it is so good. Great Prices and fast delivery. I got it so quick with free shipping. good company to work with

Bought a phone from cell-to-get but an old phone was sent because there were more than four scratches on it. I bought an unlocked phone but a locked phone was sent though they sent the unlock code. Sent the phone back in November of 2012 and up till now 2015 no refund. Reported them to BBB, but to no avail. I am taking them to court now.

So this was refreshing. After several years of up and down service from Apple and Android I decided that I absolutely have to try my hand at other retailers. Ive been burned too many times by first and third party retaiers. The next person I called had to be boring and the business for 10 plus years. One out of two aint bad. Cell2get was a good option as opposed to ebay, amazon, or several other randoms. I quickly explained what I wanted and when I wanted it. A new Lg phone shipped within the next 3 days. Too much? Evidently not. I needed it shipped by the weekend and it was already Tuesday. I figured I would need to debate or defend myself. Not at all. So far so good. The phone came brand new with everything I needed. This was another notch in the success column. Got it when I needed it. Well done. These guys are good and more importantly you could trust em.

I've used celltoget many times always the same Great dervice. No muss No fuss, guick delivery. Products are always what I expected. I called for information on a purchase and they were vary helpful and great to deal with. Is not often you find a company that care like they do... Great people to deal with

Reicieved the phone in timely manner but the phone was. Not as expected. I expected bigger phone. And I received the phone but the size of the phone was disappointing I needed to do better research on the phone I want it to buy will call them tommorow to see if I can have it exchanged

Im a picky lady and Im usually picky about these kinds of sites that come out of seemingly nowhere. How trustworthy and helpful could they be? Im probably making a desperate mistake. In this case, i was super wrong because celltoget is anything but fake or sketchy, theyre honest and surprisingly helpful. Because of celltoget I received a brand new Galaxy Note 3. I didnt need the newest model, I didnt want to be force into things, and I would have liked the phone within a week at most. They were down with that. They got me the model I wanted, explained their policies, which are also listed for the world to see at their site, and began to place my order. The phone came 4 days later. I called to thank them but they were just happy that I was satisfied. They even wanted to know about the signal/activation and if they could help with that. These guys are helpful, and its helpful to find them.

The phone I ordered was an unlocked Galaxy S5. When I turned it on the screen read Network unlock pin. I emailed them and only a minute or two later I was sent an unlock code that unlocked the phone. There support team may very well be the best in the business.

I originally purchased LG G2 from Celltoget.com. The phone had a defect where it kept freezing while navigating the menu. It seems that G2 has lot of freezing issues generally so I don't blame Celltoget for this particular issue. I wanted to return the phone since it was unusable with freezing problems and I didn't want to take a chance at getting another G2. Celtpget allowed me to exchange it for a different model that I wanted instead. (LG G3). I have to say the return process was relatively painless. Celltoget responded to my emails quickly. The new phone was shipped promptly on the same day [verified through UPS tracking] when they received the returned phone. I am very satisfied with the new phone and service I received from Celltoget.com. My wife is also looking to upgrade her phone and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another phone from Celltoget.com again.

Everyone breaks their phones at some point. Really, i think all of these 2 year warrantees should be 2 month ones but thats besides the point. When my Lg Optimus broke I was sad, understanding, panicked, and resolute all within 5 seconds. I needed a new one I called lots of people and businesses and got some decent prices on a refurbished version of my old phone. Buying from any of these places wouldnt be such a bad thing. Still, my last sop and best stop was Cell2get. These guys were just honest and straightforward with me. What phone? Which color? Warantee inofrmationl. Everything was made clear to me and, in what was one of the quickest phone calls in my life,I received my NEW LG OPTIMUS phone within the 3-days as promised. I needed something, I called these guys, and I got what I needed. Thanks Cell2get. Keep up the integrity,

I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and level of service received. I wanted an unlocked phone to take on my planned travels through Europe and was given good advise and also a complementary European power connector for the phone I purchased.

It's hard to find honesty sometimes but with Cell2get that's not the case. Cars and cell phones always have these crazy deals because you never stop paying for them. Many retailers, especially first party retailers, might try to nickel and dime you into paying much more money for the phone or product you wanted.\ In my case specifically, I needed a new phone because my previous one had cracked and broke. I did not want to get ripped off by first party guys and didn't want an old brick arriving to my house from some other online sites. I found Cell2get and gave them a try. They really should be called Cell 2 Goodness because they are honest to goodness the real deal. The guys there answer all of your questions, have very fair prices, their phones are in excellent condition, and I am never worried about faulty or irresponsible merchandise. These guys made me feel at home. I hope that you could find them as I have as well. 10/10

Not sure yet how I feel about this company. I received my cell in the wrong packaging with the wrong instruction manual and the screen had a small scratch. I called the company and left a message for them to call me back which they did a few hours later. I spoke with Melvin who was very apologetic. And he assured me that the phone was new but when they unlocked the phones they have to take them out of the package and my phone must have mistakenly been put into the wrong box. I am willing to overlook the scratch (it's very small) and Melvin assured me that they are going to send me the correct manual. Upon receiving the correct manual I will update this review. Also, I think it's important to note that I was given the option to return the phone but chose to keep it because it is a gift for my wife and I don't have time to send it back before her birthday. So all in all not the best online buying experience but as long as they make it right it isn't the worst by far especially considering the price! Still on the fence as to whether I would recommend them to a friend. But after speaking to Melvin I do feel a lot better about the whole situation.

"This is a one man operation also known as electronics force. Melvin ( his name this week ) sits at his computer and pulls strings..Spends half his time writing 5 star reviews to skew his overall rating on review sites. I ordered a phone and paid for expedited shipping. Called him after not receiving it..Gave me bogus tracking number..Called back..said that he had shipped usps by mistake but would credit shipping charges to my card. Never happened..19 days later it shows up at my billing address in another state. Phone arrived in what appeared to be new packaging;missing the promised usb cable and headset..turned out to be a used phone. They didn't even bother to clear the memory completely..It still had previous owners info. The guy at metro pointed out that there was dirt between the keys. Quite embarrassing.

Horrendous service, no communication. Fraud. Purchased what was supposed to unlocked cell phone. It wasn't unlocked. I also paid for 3 day shipping it came a 10 days later. No tracking info was ever offered. Phone came with no manuals and was floating around in the box free. I emailed them about issue and was told I would receive unlock code by email....they keep stating I will have code in 24 hours...I am still waiting. Another thing I also order car charger for this phone...that never came. I tried calling their 800 number, nothing but a recording. celltoget.com is a fraud stay far away....Are you listening MELVIN. I will file complaint to BBB.
