We have just moved into our new home and Chalk Street were the agents for the vendor but they did more to assist us than our own agents (Smartmove) did. If I ever need an estate in the future I will be going to them and I am more than happy to recommend them.

When estate agent fees can take up to £4-6 thousand pounds of your budget to pay only £1400 to sell your property you would think you would get a mediocre service probably at best
How wrong - professional and courteous and worth every penny
Can not recommend them enough and the after sale service was superb
Everything explained and nothing too much of a problem - how a company should be
Customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal and they succeeded
I’ve had a very positive experience I’d fully recommend them

So glad we found Chalk Street, from the 1st phone to exchange of contract (which took only 4 1/2 weeks) the service was 1st class and very professional.
Daniel and the team were always on hand for advise and kept us up to date.
We are now using them again and would recommend you do to.

First Class Service
We purchased and Sold our new home through Chalk street and first class service from start to finish. Everyone kept us in the loop at all times and someone was always on the end of the phone when things needed explaining. We really appreciate all you have done for us and would recommend anyone moving house to use Chalk Street.

I am a first time buyer and Chalk Street were the sellers agents. They were great from viewing to sale, honest, helpful and really proactive! I would definately use them if/when I sell in the future. Highly recommend!

Chalk Street sold my house in November 2017. They are no better, no worse than standard high street estate agents. This is not damning with faint praise, they did a proper, professional job, just like the other two high street estate agents I've used in the past few years.
The significant difference is the fee: £1,650 upfront, non-returnable for accompanied viewing instead of around £4,000. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to go elsewhere. Even if you pay the extra £1,000 fee for the "no sale, no fee" option, you'll still save a decent chunk of money over regular estate agents.

Excellent - we sold in 6 days. Then Mandy managed the sale with great efficiency and we moved 9 weeks after going on the market.
Great value for money with better service levels compared to more expensive competitors.

After nearly one year from selling our property to completion Chalk Street went above and beyond to get our house sold.
They had to deal with unscrupulous purchasers as well a fragile chain but Daniel and Mandy were there every step of the way.
There prices are very reasonable and transparent and we would not hesitate in recommending them to potential sellers.

we had our property on mkt with well known estate agents for 10 months , hardly any viewings and I was chasing them up,, We then asked chalk st to put our property on mkt, can't believe we didn't ask before, there fixed fee , excellent team , and always updating us , within 1 week , we had 3 offers and and sold , excellent all round service from day 1 , have already recommended chalk st to friends ,

Having not moved for over 27 years, I thought Estate Agents were still money grabbing Jack the Lads, that is until we met Lee!!
He is down to earth, no pressure, truthful and an all round nice guy.
Chalk Street we on top of everything from the word go. Kept us update with everything constantly. The whole Team are a pleasure to deal with.
Once a sale was agreed, along came Mandy!! Mandy was fantastic. Again, keeping us updated on everything and being the mediator in some tricky spots of the move.
We were totally surprised at how much the Team done for us. Even the Estate Agent of the property we were buying said it’s the best Estate Agent he has ever worked with!!
We made a good choice when using Chalk Street to deal with our move!

Amazing service top class communication the whole way through sold my house within 6 days. Had it on the market with lots of other agent for many months previously. Highly recommended. All the staff are friendly and cant do enough to help.
