I am a retired builder and I know what I am talking about.
Champion have built me a house that is of excellent quality and standard.
They handled everything from the initial design to council approval and completion of building works
Quality of construction and inclusions is excellent
The staff and management were great and I recommend them very highly.

We have paid 3.75% extra because they delayed the construction work and never notified us before starting construction work, we signed the tender in Oct 2014 and they handover the house in March 2016.
Very poor and nasty communication with the customer
Too much variation cost.
It was our first home but was very bad and stressful experience with them.

2018 I will build my new home at Oran Park with Champion Homes , the high quality customer service I receive from Yifu Zhang at Oran park Champion Home display was perfect, because this is my first home, he was very helpful and shown patience listen to keep us happy and satisfy. He is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly accessible to answer all questions no matter how important they are also he is very welcoming personality and knows how to sell the right product the customer needs in order to meet them satisfaction.
So I strong recommend choosing Champion Homes to be your builder and Yifu Zhang as your design consultant with your home building.

I found Morgan Notley to be a highly responsive and professional project manager in providing a concept design and Tender for our property in the inner west of Sydney. A benefit of Champion is that they have standard designs that fit narrow lots that you often find in Sydney.

Highly recommended for their proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

I am very impressed with the maintenance department of Champion Homes in particular with the coordinator, Alison. Alison is very prompt in resolving issues I called about and is very methodical. She is friendly and very reliable. I can always rely on her help when needed. She is a great asset to Champion Homes.

I and my family decided to build our first home with champion homes as we liked the display homes and the sales representative were very promising before the tender was signed, we were promised that with champion homes there will be no additional expenses once the tender is provided, we asked for some upgrades which we paid for and was never delivered so later we had to complete the house under our own expense , me and my family felt bullied by champion homes over the phone as he treated us to do whatever we want he will not complete the job they promised and will not return our money. My tender price was bellow 300k and completed price with champion home was close to 370k ... Not happy at all..

I am in the early stages of building my first house with Champion Homes, and so far I am very impressed with the level of service I have received from the sales and admin staff.
Since day one, they have been very informative and helpful in answering any of my questions, have made this process incredibly enjoyable and have talked through the process of building a house every step of the way. Their designs are lovely and have many options to choose from.
I can't recommend them highly enough and if any of my friends or family want to build in the future I will be suggesting Champion Homes!

I moved in to my beautifully home in November 2016 very happy a great house and well designed constructed home All champion homes staff were excellent when you had to contact them ,also the supervisor friendly help full he explain everything during the construction all family and friends like the house I will recommend champion homes to all the people that I come contact with everyday of my life Regards John Angelo Gadaleta

Very friendly service from head office staff to Site Manager Brad, Site Manager Brad has answer all my questions and attend the site out of normal schedule during construction and show me and answer all my questions, some time I forgot the time and send message at very later at night, he is also responded to me without complain. after hand over the house, there are some defects, he was helpful and respond my requests, send tradesman to fix the issue. Very good service.

August 1st 2017 Update: customer service and maintenance team support

I just want to say that the service Champion Homes is excellent.

house had some defects after completed, I suppose that is always happens when build house, I was really concerned that after house build is completed, I will not get support if I reports the defects.

but I have to say that whenever I send an email to office ( Jeanette ) or maintenance team, they always response quickly, maintenance team always response and send staff to house to fix the issue, although they may take this as normal tasks, but to me as a first time building house, I really appreciated that level support is there.

September 26th 2019 Update: Maintenance team

I just want give some praise for how quickly Maintenance team action on my request when there is any issue after construction was done, email will be quickly responded, and follow up etc.

I was always concerned that once construction was done, builder will not action on any issue if there is any, as a woman, I will not know much about construction details issue, however champion home just give me the confidence that even after construction was completed, they still take care of customer.

Recommend Champion home without any hesitation.

About one and half years ago, our house project was handed over to Champion Homes. Champion Homes’ boss brought his highly skilled team onto the project.

Peter quickly fixed the architectural issues. Paul was on site to make sure anything went correctly from the start so as to meet the Council’s expectations. Our on-site manager Barry is the best, second to none. He was quick to respond and quality controlled every detail. During the last month of the project, Mick and Barry worked very hard to bring the project to completion two weeks earlier as our circumstances changed. Also, there were excellent client service officers to help solve incorrect complaints from our neighbours.

This has been the greatest team and I couldn’t have asked for more. We are very happy with the quality of our house. Thank you, Champion Homes.

I am currently half way building my new home in Cobbitty and I have very happy with the service and the build time of my new home.

The staff have been fantastic and have been nothing but helpful with the build. And have also gone out of there way to make this experience as easy as possible.

Any questions that I have had about the project have been answered promptly and accurately and anything that has had to be looked into has been reported back to me with great ease.

With what I have seen so far of my home the build quality has been fantastic. The trades have been perfect and as a tradesman myself I am very happy to see that time and quality has been put into my home and this is something other builders are quite lax in providing.

I would and have recommended them to other people and to close friends who are looking to build.

I am currently building with Champion homes and I cannot fault them. This is the first house we have built. We can't explain how happy we are that we have chosen to go with them. Everyone at Champion has been extremely friendly and helpful. Our client service officer is highly organised and has always been super prompt with our changes and requests. Our site supervisor is exceptional and is always very attentive to all details. So far, this has been an exciting pleasurable journey for my husband and I. Highly recommend!

We can’t thank Laurant Laroche from the Oran Park display centre enough for his exceptional customer service, he made the whole process a breeze and helped us immensely with customising the house to suit our block. Head office and all staff were also extremely helpful and responsive. The caliber of the home we are building for the price also represents great value, Thanks guys

We are building our First home with Champion homes "CH". CH inclusions and construction is affordable and economical. Because it was our first home we had minimal knowledge about the construction process but CH had explained in detail what we are going to buy as a package. The lady was very thorough and explained everything in detail regarding inclusions and exclusions. That really helped us.
Our Land registration was delayed but CH started the construction process as soon as Land got registered.
As our house is on near completion stage as of now, I can say, hand on my heart that the speed of construction was good. My house is about to finished in next few months and can't wait to enter in our first house.
Our Supervisor (Kieran) is friendly and is very approachable, he keep us in loop.

Being a young Australian, often the thought of buying your very first own home can be incredibly daunting. We visited the Oran Park Display Homes and have found one of the staff, Laurent, to be one of the most incredibly helpful and informative staff. He answered our list of questions we had and went through (very succinctly) all the paperwork ensuring we left with all our questions answered. His customer service was beyond exceptional and if it weren’t for his help, the process of buying our very first home would have been different.

We are beyond excited to be building with Champion Homes and could not have made a better decision.

We built a Champion Home in Oran Park 5 years ago and were extremely satisfied with the finished product.
We found the staff in the office courteous and obliging and the Supervisor easy to deal with. All of which helps when you are building a home.
We have built other investment properties with other project builders and have found Champion Homes to be the easiest builder to deal with.
We would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to build a Champion Home.

I had a horrible experience with this builder and I've met a number of guys from Bunya, Thornleigh and other estate which had similar issues.

- I've been charged with additional 3.75% on top of the fixed price. This according to CH was due to the delay but the land registration was on time.

- There was a lack of notification from CH to inform us of the price adjustment prior to the
start of construction. There seems to be an attempt to hide the additional cost until the final
stage wherein the owner would unlikely dispute it.

- On top of the price increase CH have included a number of variations such basix requirement, edge beams and piering. Other builders includes everything on the upfront cost, whereas CH initially provides a lower cost and then charge customer further with variations during the build once you're locked in the contract.

- This lack of transparency seems evident with the number of customer complaints and discussions with other owners building with CH.

- Knowing that there had been numerous complaints against this practice, CH still persist in doing these practices as they are fully aware that most customers won’t pursue the civil suit as it would inconvenience them and possibly end up paying more

I am writing to express our strong satisfaction of the service we received from Champion Homes, especially from Morgan Notley. You represented your company very well and we are overly satisfied with your professional behavior.
Your friendly approach and clear communication helped us to found our feet on the ground after a bad experience with another builder where we lost not only of couple of months of our precious time but also had to go through a lot of pain with outcome less effort.
