Cheap Food

I have ordered 3 times in 2 months, the prices are so reasonable that even when adding national delivery the value is unbeatable. The packaging is very well done, no breakages or damage and the turnaround from order to delivery at my door is usually only 3 days. I will continue stocking up over the next few months but fear I will run out of storage space.

Brilliant as usual, goodies were a surprise for our 92 year old father in law which he loved.

At present I can't even begin to consider giving anymore than 1 star to this company. Placed an order and 4 days later its still awaiting processing never mind delivery. Has sent 2 messages both of which have been ignored. Very bad service so far and wouldn't inspire me to use again.

Delivery wasn’t very good delivered to the wrong address one day , but the local office was adamant the the driver had delivered it to the right address , turned up the next day but no email or message to tell me so ,

This is my first online purchase with Cheapfood.co.uk (Best Before it's Gone). The website is very easy to navigate and contains the crucial information. Where checks for ingredients were needed, I simply checked the manufacturers website for clarification, which is quick to do.

My order was placed just before midnight on a Saturday, delivered mid-morning today (Friday), so processed and delivered well within 5 days on a Monday - Friday working week basis. The courier was DHL, who have online/text message/email tracking. The parcel was courteously delivered using social distancing and right at the start of the 4-hour delivery window.

The items were carefully and professionally packed and protected during transit. All items arrived in their respective outer packaging, whilst they were transported in a re-used/recycled box, which is environmentally responsible.

The items were received in perfect condition, fresh, edible and as described on the website. All items I purchased were suitable for vegetarians and vegans and some were gluten free.
