I'm sixty one years young, I have been buying and selling realestate since I was 28 years old. Ive lost track how many times I have refinanced, a daunting process at best. This recent Refi, working with Brad and Brian was not only smooth, clear information, but seamless.The whole time I felt I was in professional hands. The attention to details was impressive and listening to my goals made this one the best , I highly recomend you do yourself a service you will not regret! Thanks guys!

This is the 2nd time using Cheerlending.I am so pleased to work with a frim who puts their clients first. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely concerned and appreciative to having you as a client. Both Thad and Jessica were amazing. Jessica contacted me every day with updates and always made me feel at ease with any concerns I had, especially working through this tough time in this pandemic. To only say Thank You to Levi Thorpe and Thad Lane would be an understatement!!! Both Levi and Thad were available in a timely manner to answer our questions and readily willing to offer complete and friendly explanations with clarity. On several occasions we had to ask for more details and they were very patient with us!!
We have already referred both gentlemen to two different families.
If you are reading this and contemplating whether or not you should use CheerLending…….Look no further. The answer is YES!!

My most pleasant business experience ever. I recently finished a mortgage refinance on my home through Cheerlending. I have done this before and have worked with some good people, but Patrick Grimm tops them all! His business knowledge and expertise made the process quick and pleasant. If I ever had to do this again, he would be my choice to work with. After finishing the business process, I felt like I had made a new friend even though we have never met in person.

The communication deserves more than 5 stars; we had regular updates by phone and email from Patrick Grimm—at least twice weekly. In addition when there was new info Patrick immediately notified us. even more impressive than the stellar communication: our options were explained clearly, next steps were easily set up and achieved, and the entire process was the easiest lending experience I have ever been through! I would definitely refer everyone to Cheerlending!
