Very educational and relaxing. It was a nice experience minus the waiting. The long waits in between the banana tour and lunch was long and boring. Nothing to do but sit and wait for food. Food was wonderful. Then another wait, although shorter than the first, still waiting for the likka tasting. All the tour guides were professional and accommodating. The long waits took away from the experience.

Last minute booking the night before - very pleased, pickup and transfer on time and arrived at Chukka to what appeared to be slightly chaotic; having said that we all had a brilliant time and would definitely recommmed the Mo Bay Chukka, Shrek et al

The online booking experience was very easy. The chat with Celia helped make the decision process go smoothly. I hope the customer service is better than when I visited in July of this year as it was horrible. We ended up getting a refund . I am looking forward to an enjoyable experience for my birthday.

Website is difficult to navigate from a mobile phone. The filters are inconsistent or missing (i.e when you filter by activity like ATV riding there is no filter available for location. When you filter for location the ATV filter is not a available filter. After you add to you cart and continue shopping you are back to square one with you filters.

So far so good! Can't wait to ride! The web site was easy to use and clear as to our options. Follow-on customer service has been great! (We're staying at an Air B&B, so the usual resort pickup wasn't going to work.)

Our family had an amazing time on our ultimate thrill seekers pass at Good Hope. The best part was the guides. Orlando and his partner being funny on the river rafting; Carlos on the dune buggies racing us through the beautiful scenery of the orange plantation, and "Roach" and Breastmilk" were so entertaining on the ziplines. Everything was well organized and very entertaining. We would highly recommend!

I initially chatted with O'Brian who seemed nice until he called and hung up in my face. I almost didn't purchase my package because of this. I then just purchased my package online, but noticed I got it for the wrong day. I chatted with India who fixed it immediately.

Mama T was our guide and Peter was our driver! They were both great! Peter drove very safely and Tahina was super energetic and kept our group lively. One thing I think should be added to theevent description is the necessity of those plastic cell phone bags(or at least a ziploc) and water shoes( which we were lucky enough to already have. Would definitely recommend this tour and Chukka to friends and do another when I'm back in Jamaica!!!

Everything seems to be in order. I can't get any of the phone numbers to work or get an answer on the ones that ring. So I hope someone comes to pick us up tomorrow. Otherwise shopping and booking was great.

My overall activities experience was awesome and have no regrets with signing up wih Chukka however, customer service experience was poor. My family member and I signed up for 4-play which listed zip lining, Dunn's Water Fall Hike, ATV, and Horseback riding including in the water. When we arrived to Dunn's Fall, my first activity was zip lining and due to my medical condition, I was denied/prohibited from participating in the event therefore a representative from Chukka wrote my information down for a refund on zip lining portion but I never heard back for any update therefore, I sent two emails and called Chukka very next day but a representative who answered phone had no idea about my inquiry and said didn't find any notes in the system about my situation. As I was explaining what had happened and during the middle the middle of conversation,the call was disconnected therefore when I tried to call back, phone remained busy and when I called back again, answering machine kept playing hold greetings and no one came to answer the phone. I was on hold for fairly extended period also called again later but same thing, the hold greetings. If it wasn't for this experience, it would have been a great vacation with my family. Bottom line, customer service lacks. But the activities were great and event staffs did a wonderful job with excursion experience.

Mon excursion en bouée et la descente des cascades de Blue Hole était fantastique. Les accompagnateurs de Chukka sur les deux sites sont très professionnels et supers sympas. Aux cascades de Blue Hole ont se sent vraiment en sécurité et je n'avais aucunes craintes pour mon fils de 7 ans. Si je reviens un jour en Jamaïque je n'hesiterai pas à faire appel à eux pour toutes mes excursions. Encore merci à vous pour cette belle experience.

Me and my cousins had a great time!! Gussy, and Vernon were amazing!! They kept us safe at all times during zip lining. It was my first time and I was nervous but they made me feel safe and comfortable! However my favorite experience were the swimming with horses, I truly enjoyed my overall experience!!

Dwayne Graham was an amazing raft guide. He knew what he was doing and made the adventure fun and relaxing. He was so enjoyable to talk with. It felt like talking with a friend. My fiancé and I would do the raft trip again and request Dwayne to be our guide. Thanks for a beautiful opportunity. Dwayne deserves a 5 star rating and a money raise.

It should be disclosed to customers the exact time the bus will take you back to hotel. Did not know after excursion we had to wait there for almost one hour waiting for other people to be done. We were tired and sleepy and just wanted to go back to our hotel and shower and no one told us we had to wait an hour for bus.

Booking the Safari tour was quick easy and efficient. Unfortunately the tour itself was somewhat disappointing. The tour guide was late. We found out very little about the history and politics etc of Montego Bay and/or the island during the trip albeit the tour has the potential to be excellent with a knowledgeable and charismatic guide.

I sent an email over a month ago and never received a response. I just called the Chukka contact line and ended up being told my excursion will not be available. I wish I got some sort of notification.

Our travel was booked with Costco and included a $100 voucher with Chukka. Nothing stated we couldn't book online, it just said to call to redeem the voucher 48 hours prior to arrival in Jamaica or while in Jamaica. So we booked ahead to guarantee our plans. Then we find out we can't redeem the voucher bc we didn't call directly when we booked our excursion. HOWEVER...we kept our plans and really enjoyed the trip. This may be more of an issue with Costco and their instructions to redeem the voucher. I would have been happier had Chukka just refunded us the $100, but it might not have been possible. The guide, Mama T, was awesome. The catamaran trip was so much fun, and climbing Dunns River Falls was so beautiful, true adventure.
