I rang and was given an appointment the next day(being a Saturday) and asked to bring certain information with me. Emma saw me and instantly put me at ease being both professional and friendly. She asked relevant question about my circumstances and gave me various choices to think. She completed the forms and took photocopies of my documentation. Emma and Viv both answered any queries that arose during the mortgage process efficiently and quickly-and during the coronavirus situation-that was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Citrus Mortgages in the future. Thank you.

I have used Citrus mortgages (Paul Barnes) for the last 10 years, fantastic and transparent service with each service provided and advised upon.

I have recommended their service several times to friends and family.

I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my mortgage products

Gavin and his team have not only found a brilliant mortgage for me they sorted it out in 5 days with the Coventry which was nothing short of a miracle. Really great service and felt well looked after during the long process of my house move. Would highly recommend these guys and will always use them in the future.

Adam was our mortgage adviser 9 years ago when we bought our first house so it wasn't even question as to who we'd speak to for buying our new place. He is so attentive and despite how many people he must speak to every day, he always remembers the small details about our circumstances when we speak to him. He's not sorted 3 mortgages (including a re-mortgage) for us over a 9 year period and we wouldn't hesitate to speak to him again when our current mortgage is up for review. I've also recommended him on to a friend who found him to be just as helpful and really able to point them in the right direction.

Andrew vas very useful and approachable over the phone and to arrange late in the evening meetings or weekend meetings.
Maybe he can keep a closer eye into his emails. :)
