Oct 30th - I ordered solar lights (I ordered the wrong lights - my mistake)
Nov 10th - I contact Gama Sonic directly to ask if a post mount for these lights were available (No response)
Nov 14th - Follow up email to Gama Sonic (Still no response)
Nov 30th - I contact Clickhere2shop asking about a post mount for these lights, clickhere2shop's reply "We have forwarded your question onto our product manager. We expect to be able to respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.")
Dec 15 - Follow up email because i have not received a response, clickhere2shop's reply - "we have forwarded your question onto our product manager. We expect to be able to respond to your inquiry within 1 business day."
Dec 30 - Another follow email asking for a response or an authorization to return, Clickhere2shop's reply "We have forwarded your question onto our product manager. We expect to be able to respond to your inquiry within 1 business day.)
Dec 30 - Email from clickhere2shop "Anthony, We are sorry for the delayed response. The Windsor only has the option of a 3” mount. We do have other options available; I will attach a copy of the catalog so that you can choose which best suits your needs.Regards, Janae clickhere2shop"

Jan 18 - I email asking for a Canadian address to return to as it was shipped from a Canadian address to begin with.

Jan 19 - I email the tracking number
Jan 19 - email from Clickhere2shop confirming tracking number has been received and the credit will be issued within 21 business days from receiving the package
Jan 24 - Canada Post confirms delivery
Apr 12 - email "still waiting for credit"

I also have an on going dispute for restocking fee with them. thier return policy states "a restocking fee up to 20% "MAY" apply depending on the condition the item is received. The products were returned in original condition I can provide picture, which i offered and asked for pictures of the damaged products returned, which they will not provide. They take a restocking fee no matter what.. they are being dishonest and misleading customers clearly.
Still no refund of the restocking fee even after an employee concedes in an email that Clickhere2shop takes a restocking fee regardless of the condition of the product and also their return policy on Amazon now reads "a 20% restocking fee may apply" the "depending on condition" clause has been removed. To be continued!
