I placed and paid for the order online on the 25th of July 2020, but haven't received it up to date. Today marks 1 month 5 days since I placed that order. I have sent tons of emails with no assistance.

The clicks point system is a scam in my eyes I have been purchasing petrol at an Engen filling station since December and I have been swiping my clicks club card every time I fill my taxi's up. Note that I have not received any points for filling up. The service center at clicks ask me to send a slip and I did not even that slips points could be loaded. It seems clicks doesn't value clients as they say one thing and do exactly the opposite. People who filled their vehicles at a clicks partner please check if you have received your points.

Their delivery was prompt and the Online specials gave me great value for money - huge Savings!! Always a pleasure to experience the products I need in their 3 for 2 special offers - I make use of this privilege often!! Love their products!!

Worst service ever, ordered and requested for my order to be sent to Cornubia. I saw that my cell no was incorrect, called the online center to change my no, this is still not done. I get told delivery is 1 to 3 working days, go to the store a week later as the order was delayed one part of my parcel is there, the other part is still on its way. I placed one order not sure why the order was split. Asked to speak to the manager at Corunbia, she says there is nothing she can do we need to wait for the order to be delivered as clicks online is different , my point was you are representing the same brand, that is the message you should be passing and try to help.

their online shopping is the worst you can ever try, they don't update you on your order. as a customer you always have to follow up on your order of which the call center people are also useless as they always say they will get back to you but never do. the order takes forever to be delivered...... its really disappointing and i will never purchase anything online. i am still waiting for my order even now

I am literally disappointed and disgusted by the horrible service I received from Clicks online. I purchased toiletries online in May if not late March, the order took forever to arrive so I cancelled it and requested a refund instead to which I haven't received more than 4 months later.I have sent tons of emails no one wants to take responsibility, the customer care line just rings and rings until you angrily hang up. So you might need to be extra careful with clicks online, they don't deliver!!!!! EXTRA UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER 0 OUT OF 100 THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!

I was at Clicks Maponya today and would like to thank Lindiwe Matjane for her outstanding customer service, she truly gave me the best customer experience which some take for granted in the service industry.

I have placed an online order on the 24th of April, and today is the 07th of may and i still have not received my order or a single phone call from clicks for the progress. I called them twice and they said i should receive by the 05th of May. I am losing my patience and all i want right now is my refund.
