It feels impossible for me to capture every benefit of this course, but I’ll try :)

(2) The quality of feedback and support through each phase of the course is world class. This is NOT an experience geared toward making you feel like everything you do is amazing. This is an experience where elite coaches give you their honest take on your stuff. But it’s always given with love and with the intention to guide us to our own greatness.

(3) The quality of the learning community also blew me away. I’m not a huge fan of social media, but this is high-quality Facebook.

(4) I’ve been in the mental health field for 15 years but am new to the “coaching” space, and I enrolled because both the blueprint and the culture Russ evokes in his webinar resonated with me deeply. I have been so swamped by the success I found in COD that I just got a chance to finally share my review. Since COD was a missing piece for me, I am going to be the missing piece I felt in all the reviews I read.

Prior to committing to COD, I found something very strange... very angry reviews and very happy ones. And if you are reading this, chances are you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Here is the truth, if you are invited into COD and come and do EVERYTHING they teach you, it will work for you, not out of luck but science. What you put in is what you will get out. Tip: Listen to what your coach tells you, even if it's different than the video training. ABOVE ALL you must be the expert in your field and solve a major problem (just as they say in their webinar)

I am a legend in my field but I realized I was doing almost everything completely backwards thanks to COD. Four weeks in the program, I already made my investment back, breaking sales records like no tomorrow and sky is the limit now. Most importantly, we are finding the clients that need us automatically now. Our marketing stats are about 200-300% ABOVE the golden standard and our ability to help our clients is so good it even scares me a little! If you are looking for the "holy-grail" of marketing, COD is definitely the closest I found to be and I have looked at tons of sales programs, theirs is uncontested. And for those who think it's "manipulative" don't understand COD, and that's why you weren't successful. To be honest I never expected this level of integrity and quality, all my expectations were blown out of the water. What an amazing company, people & program. I cannot recommend COD enough.

I would highly recommend COD to anyone who wants to start a high ticket business. They really are the experts of high ticket and provide outstanding coaching and mentoring to get you your desired result. I was referred to COD by my mentor who had joined a year prior to me. I had seen it work for her and she told me that what I wanted for my life was possible and COD could help me achieve that. I tired 4 other programs prior to COD with dismal results. I did the work, but if I ran into areas where I needed help, I was given platitudes vs. real concrete solutions, support and help. COD is an amazing program to get you started on your way to a successful business. It includes loads of support for a large team of copy writers, FB ad experts, mindset coaches, etc. If you are waiting to start for some reason, take it from me, go ahead and start. You won't be disappointed!

I assumed when I signed up that the price of this program reflected the quality of the advice and mindset support. If that's all this program offered, I'd be satisfied. What I did not expect, and was blown away by, is the technical support provided in the Done For You process. There is no way that I'd be able to do this on my own. This has been the best investment I've ever made in my business.

The price concerned me but I have to say the program was everything I could ask for and really set me up for success with coaches that brought the best out in every part, from marketing wording to Facebook ads and even mindset (which is huge!).

It does require some hard thinking but once you get something down they really help refine it.

I've been teaching for 30 years specializing in helping couples restore sexuality in their relationships. I came to COD when COVID turned my world upsidedown and like a lot of folks, I had to cancel 15 live workshops. My income tanked. So joining was a total leap of faith for me. But I have to say, it was the BEST investment I've ever made. Not only have I already made more money in the last 2 months than I made in 2 YEARS from coaching, the real value is that in the process, I'm learning how to be a far more effective coach.

I think if I had read all the negative reviews I would have missed an opportunity of a lifetime. You bet I had thoughts of 'What on earth have I done?" But the thing is, because I was willing to invest hugely in my self, I discovered I could likewise ask others to invest in me. The trainers KNOW all the stuff that comes with asking for a high price - and they show you exactly how to overcome those fears. Because I teach in a spiritual tradition, I know what it's like to work practically for free because "I love what I do."I did that for years. It was exhausting. I used to ask for $150 a session and now I have a program worth 12k that's rocking people's worlds. But the best part is that I'm able to serve my clients on a whole new level of integrity and love.
I'm not saying the process is easy. It's not! I've never worked harder. But what's different is, I'm actually having a blast. They show you things that actually work, and if they don't, they help you tweek it until it does. The structure, the trainings and the trainers are BRILLIANT. And the support of this community is EXTRAORDINARY.

I had taken a $2500 online program (by a VERY well known business guru) designed to help me go from zero to launching an online business. It was a very helpful course.

But...I found that while I was able to create initial validation for the idea and actually did launch, it takes a TON of work to get "passive income". Writing all the content, sending out emails, etc. Not to mention, you don't actually make a ton of money when you sell programs for a few hundred bucks. And, of the people that bought my course, NOBODY took action. So I couldn't get testimonials (which meant I felt like I wasn't really doing anything important, couldn't show that my course was working, couldn't get referrals etc). Upon checking in on the rockstar students in that program, almost all used coaching as their primary source of income.

My ONE client that I had that actually took action (after much pestering) recommended COD. I am SO GLAD she did. I made back the COD investment after a few weeks in the program, my clients are now getting results and they are SO THANKFUL, and I've got testimonials and a funnel to help me grow.

You should 100% take COD if you're serious about your client's results. The group model works so much better than 1-1 coaching (I used to have lots of people reschedule calls, and they got far worse results with 1-1), and so much better than self-study courses (which basically nobody takes action on).

I also love the COD facebook grads group -- it's so encouraging to see other people winning with the program. I have no doubt that this has kept me going (after all, learning to sell a $5k program over the phone isn't easy).

That said, I also took SOD. While it got me an ROI and I highly recommend the program, I feel like SOD could be improved to get better student results. Marc is excellent at sales, but I don't think he's a great teacher of how to get other people (that don't have the same offer as he's selling) to get better in a reliable way. I would have loved a similar staged approach as is in COD (where you submit facebook copy, mission statement, webinar outine, all for feedback along the way). But instead, it's just one review of your script, and one review of one call. With how complex sales is, I don't think this is enough feedback to ensure students actually internalize the lessons fully. I'd recommend potentially hiring a retired teacher or something to consult on the learning model, because it would be amazing to have sales drills or something to isolate the individual skills and actually test them along the way somehow (think of learning basketball -- getting one feedback session with Michael Jordan is great, but interactive practice sessions with an OK coach is even better, or drills you can practice at home to isolate individual skills).

So, should you take COD? Yes. No doubt. Could COD get better? Maybe a tiny bit, but I already think it's probably 95% of the way to a foolproof method. It's not a get-rich-quick scheme, but it's by far the best program I've ever taken, and it'll get you a quick ROI if you do the work.

Should you take SOD? Yes. Could it get better? MUCH BETTER. I think the potential here to teach more effectively (and check in with students at a few points along the way as COD does) would be phenomenal, and would make the program easily worth 10 times as much to me. I think the results one gets with SOD are much more variable and much more left to the individual students to figure out, and I know there's so much knowledge in Marc's head.

I had my coaching business for 6 years and I'd lost time of the number of times I set the goal of "getting to a six figure-income" or "impact x persons".

Thinking I was on the right track and then suddenly the stream of new clients dwindled again. I tried asking all of my friends if they wanted coaching, or if they knew anyone, I tried youtube, I did Facebook marketing. I tried making a low cost info product and I ended up spending more for ads than money coming in. I did get some new clients from it, but just enough to make this ship float. Still less than half-way to six-figures. Still no breakthrough.

I knew my offer was great, but struggled to get my message out there and get people interested to hear.

Enter Clients on Demand January 2018.

A lot of work. A high-ticket cost, but worth it! Ten times over.

I got a funnel that really works and converts. Just hired my first coach (a friend of mine and a kickass coach, but struggling financially) to help me handle the new client load.

I've had the same Facebook ad running for 18 months! I've had the same webinar running for almost 2 years. Talking to 5-8 new prospects every week.

Almost no work and energy spent getting in new leads (after the initial weeks through the program.)

Best part of it all. I get to serve so many people in a big way and have a big impact - it does not help the world that I'm playing it small :)

Also, I've had 10 weeks off every year the last two years.

If you're going to do it know it is an investment (for me it paid itself back within 2 - 3 weeks). And know you would need to put in the work during the program.
