Mixed review experience.

- Lena was amazing and very helpful and explained all very well
- I was very nervous and if you are that way inclined I suggest looking into other options. The time with the surgeon is very limited, he assured me the surgery is simple snd straightforward. I did highlight I think there are two areas that need looked at but was assured the one area I had paid for would be satisfactory.
- The walk to the surgeons room is daunting and the nurse who brought me had limited English which wasn’t ideal given my anxiousness.
- in the room again no English so no one explained what was happening whilst they tie you to the bed which was terrifying.
- fell asleep surgery complete and looked after by lovely nurses and stayed the night. Pain relief was supplied throughout the day.
- brought back to my hotel and stayed another few days before heading home. Wrocklaw is a beautiful city :-).
- biggest issues have been aftercare - now I know this is a huge risk you take if you choose to have surgery abroad. I have tried endlessly to have a Skype call with the surgeon to discuss the results as they aren’t satisfactory or in line with what I’ve seen in pictures elsewhere. Ofcourse everyone’s results are different but where I highlighted on the day that will need lipo I was assured it wouldn’t do this is very clear now I did need it.
- it’s been 8 months later snd I was told to wait 6 months for full results. Unfortunately the clinics response is they have looked at pictures and there are no issues.
- I have contacted this week again to say I’ve had no choice but to leave a very honest review of my experience. Pre and during is satisfactory, aftercare is abysmal. At this stage they have their money so their willingsness to help is much lower I assume.

Just an overview for anyone who is considering this clinic and to take the good with the bad with surgery abroad.

Just under three weeks ago, I underwent gynecomastia surgery with Dr Piotr Rataj at Clinic for You (CFY) in Wroclaw, Poland. The procedure was to remove the glandular tissue, and also the excess fat around my chest area (particularly the sides) with the use of liposuction.
Before deciding on using CFY, I did considerable research. This was going to be my third gynecomastia surgery. I am aged 44 now, and my first surgery in the UK was done at around age 18; my second surgery was in 2015, also in the UK.
With both procedures the focus was on the glandular tissue, with little / no attention to the excess chest fat. I appreciate my first surgery was done a while ago when medical technology was not as advanced, but the second surgical procedure left me disappointed, especially as it was with a well-known UK national cosmetic surgery clinic.
Indeed, the second surgery resulted in hardly no fat being removed, despite me citing this as a priory in my initial consultation with the surgeon. Furthermore, the surgeon made 360 degrees excisions around my nipples, and their “reattachment” which has left me with noticeable scaring; most gynecomastia surgery is done via subtle 180 degrees incisions. And finally, evidently not all of the glands were removed as the glandular tissue grew back over the following three years.
Anyway, for those reasons I lost faith with the standard of cosmetic surgery in the UK… vastly overpriced for the poor service provided. Therefore, I started looking abroad (Europe specifically) and was put in touch with CFY via whatclinic.com. Whilst other clinics in Europe contacted me, the reviews left by previous patients from CFY and the quick and friendly approach from Anna (one of the patient co-ordinators) helped me make a relatively quick decision.
The consultation process was easy, involving me sending some photos to Anna via e-mail for referral onto one of the surgeons, along with what I was looking to achieve, i.e. entire removal of the glands / glandular tissue, and removal of the excess fat around the sides of my chest. Within a day, I heard back with comments from Dr Rataj. I followed this up with some other general questions, and then made the decision to go with him and CFY. Anna proceeded to make the logistical arrangements in terms of accommodation / transport in Wroclaw (this is an extra service you can pay for, but it comes at a fair price in my view). I booked the flights myself, which were quite cheap with Ryanair.
I departed the UK a day before my surgery and was smoothly collected from Wroclaw airport by a pre-arranged taxi. I was taken straight to the clinic where I met Eveline, another of the patient co-ordinators. Both Eveline, and Anna, were great. Both very friendly and easy to talk to, and both very proficient in English.
From the clinic, Eveline drove me herself to a nearby hospital where several blood samples were taken. All painless, and no waiting around. From there it was into the centre of Wroclaw with Eveline to check-in / collect the keys from the agency who manage the apartment arranged for me. I was dropped at the apartment just off the main square by Eveline, made myself at home and familiarised myself with the city a little that evening. The apartment itself was clean and adequate, and good value for the price. Wroclaw is very impressive… a good place to visit for any reason!
The next morning, I was collected by Eveline who had already picked up another patient. We proceeded to the clinic. I waited in the reception area, and chatted with a few other patients, all of whom had done their research like me and had gone with CFY and Dr Rataj due to the good reviews on-line.
Before too long I had a face-to-face consultation with Dr Rataj who asked me various questions, and I used this as an opportunity to stress it was the side chest fat I wanted to be rid of primarily (Evelyn translated for clarity). It was a quick consultation, with me finally being “marked-up” with a felt pen. I was then led to my room which I would be sharing with another gynecomastia patient; I was shortly asked to change into a gown, before being hooked up to an IV drip. Not long after I was taken down to surgery by one of the nurses.
The support staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. I’d had general anaesthetics before, so knew what to expect… but there is always a bit of apprehension.
As is usual, the next thing I recall is waking in my room bounded with a wrap-around compression garment. I was in a little pain from the surgery, but not much… the pain killers being fed into me via IV were doing a good job. I was very tired and kept drifting in and out of sleep for the next couple of hours or so. That evening though any pain was gone, and I needed no further painkillers via the IV… tablets were fine.
That evening I read, chatted with the other patient in my room and watched NetFlix on my laptop (tethered to my phone as the wi-fi signal was not very strong); I also had some biscuits and a ham / cheese roll provided by the clinic. Sleep that night was not the best, I think due to my body clock being disrupted from the surgery / general anaesthetic.
The next morning, I woke early and had the same small breakfast of biscuits and a roll. And then a post-op consultation with Dr Rataj, who said the surgery had gone well and that around half a litre of fat had been extracted via the liposuction. He gave me some aftercare instructions: namely massage of the nipple areas and the need to wear the compression garment for three weeks. I was also given some instructions in written form regarding the sutures. The four incisions made for the liposuction had sutures that would need to be removed when back in the UK in a week’s time; the sutures around the nipples would dissolve on their own.
Next, I was driven back into Wroclaw with some other patients by Eveline and dropped at my apartment. The next few days involved resting, and gently exploring Wroclaw… I felt it was important to remain gently active and walking seemed to fit the bill. I admit to sneaking a few peeks at my immediate results during this time, even though it was far too early to get much of an indication of how it had gone. There was a lot of bruising and some swelling, all to be expected.
I returned to the UK three days after surgery and continued the recovery process. I quickly invested in a compression garment that was more comfortable than the wrap around one given to me in Wroclaw… wearing any compression garment near enough 24 / 7 is not pleasant but vitally necessary.
Around a week after surgery there were visual indications the end outcome would be a very good one; it was evident Dr Rataj had listened and had achieved removing the right amount of fat from the sides of my chest, particularly the right side.
I had my liposuction sutures removed nine days after the surgery, and at this time still had significant bruising. The next few days the swelling increased also, especially on the left side of my chest / pec. I am now nearly three weeks post-surgery, and the results have continued to improve, and the swelling has decreased a lot.
Pain wise there was / is little, except when stretching my arms above my head. And I am still wearing my compression vest! I have begun exercising again, albeit at a lower intensity than usual, and with lots of patience I am confident I will see the final outcome in a few months’ time.
My verdict is that surgery in Poland is just as safe as the UK, and the attention to detail is better… Dr Rataj listened to what I wanted to achieve and did exactly as asked. In the UK, surgeons’ egos appear to prevent them from listening to their patients. And of course, it was great value for money. Whilst everyone will have their own experience, my own has been a good one so far.

I had a tummy tuck and liposuction 3 weeks ago now, I was quite nervous about travelling and the having this done in Poland but I had nothing to worry about. From the emails with Anna in the months leading upto surgery to being picked up from the airport by eveline I couldn't of asked for better.
I was looked after very well by all the theatre staff and nurses, the surgery went really well and I am very pleased with the results so far. Dr piotr rataj has done a fantastic job! Thankyou to all the team.

I could not afford UK prices for Cosmetic Surgery but was apprehensive about travelling abroad for treatment. However after reading reviews for Clinicforyou, Poland, I decided to go ahead. The online booking process is made easy as there is lots of help and advice available at all times.
At their superb Clinic in Poland, staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure. I had a full face & neck lift and eyelid correction for less than half the price in UK and am delighted with the results! I highly recommend Clinicforyou in Poland and am about to return myself for a different procedure. Fantastic outcome!

I've had my first breast augmentation done 9 years ago in one of the London's leading clinics at Harley Street. I have to admit that I was never happy with the results. After 9 years I have decided to have my implants exchanged. I was looking at clinics in London but the prices for the exchange were way too high for me. I started to look to have my procedure done abroad. I found ClinicForYou on the website and after reading customers reviews I have decided to contact them. I have been emailing Anna (the patient coordinator) back and forth for few weeks before I have decided to choose their clinic. Anna has answered all of my many questions in a very friendly and professional manner. I have to say that I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. From the very first moment when Miss Ewelina picked me up from the airport I felt at ease. The clinic was very nice and super clean, the nurses were very friendly and looked after me very well. Mr Rataj is an excellent surgeon, he helped me chose the right size and answered of all of queries. Mr Rataj made my new breasts look amazing. My breasts have never looked more full, natural, I'm just loving them, and its all thanks to Mr Rataj. If you are wondering whether or not to go abroad for your breast augmentation please do not have second thoughts, you will be happy with the results trust me. The staff will look after you very well, not knowing the language won't be an issue as Miss Ewelina will help you every step of the way. If I will ever need any other procedures I will definitely be back to ClinicForYou.

Just back from there 2 days ago following a face lift, neck lift and upper blepharoplasty.
Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Anna was so efficient to deal with and always responded immediately to any query that I had. It was a really easy process and I would highly recommend the assistance package. Every aspect of transport is covered from arrival at airport to clinic appointments. Eveline was fabulous, reassuring, knowledgeable and always on hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely lovely girl.
In terms of the procedure, I had local anesthetic and has no pain whatsoever. The theatre and clinic itself was spotless and the nurses top class. Dr Piotr is a pleasure to deal with and explained every step of the way. Two follow up appointments and I was on my way home after a most relaxing 6 day stay in their recommended hotel.
Wroclaw is fab city and I will absolutely return to the clinic. Great value and excellent customer care. I still have more recovery to do but am thrilled so far with the results????

Having suffered with gynecomastia for years I thought now was the time to do something about it. Clinics in the UK averaged around £5k and although the condition bothered me a lot, I did not have that sort of money for treatment.
Whilst searching online I stumbled on surgery in Poland that offered a much lower rate. The idea of surgery abroad put me off a little bit, but after weeks of research and emails back and fourth I decided Clinic for you was perfectly safe.
Anna was excellent and after sending across photos it was confirmed I could have surgery.
Adding the assistance package really did make a huge difference. Eveline was great throughout the process and was always there if needed.
Dr Piotr Rataj performed the surgery and gave a full consultation on the day of surgery and answered any questions I had.
Once the surgery was completed, I was a little sore for a day but could still enjoy the sights of Wroclaw whilst staying in contact with the clinic to make sure everything was okay.
Three months later and I couldn't be happier! I've had a huge boost in confidence and no longer feel the need to hide in baggy t-shirts.

Dr Piotr Rataj who performed my FUT hair transplant in October 2016 is an excellent surgeon. During the consultation I realised that at last I had found a surgeon who carefully listened to my personal wishes and what I wanted to achieve. He explained how he would achieve a natural-looking result. Nearly two years later I am still amazed at the highly successful operation. I regained my confidence as the positive results of the hair transplant became apparent.

Anna Malanda carefully coordinated not only my treatment in ClinicForYou, she also assisted finding centrally located accommodation for me. Eveline (Patient Coordinator) explained the post-op care instructions and what to expect after the operation. Dr Rataj's assistant, Alicia, is a most capable nurse who made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. All staff members including Dr Rataj, who called on me before I left the clinic, gave me the feeling of individual caring.

Down with the swelling and bruising. Amazing results I'm so happy even after 2 weeks I can already see an amazing difference I thought I'd never get rid of gynechomastia. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this clinic I was well looked after and they where very well organised which reassured me a lot as I went completely alone . They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed . Dr Rataj works miracles as my gyno was huge and never thought I'd get the results that I have got. Feel like I finally have my life back .

I had my surgery with Dr Andrzej Bieniek on 2nd of July 2019 (Tummy tuck with liposuction to abdomen and hips with breast augmentation 500cc over the muscle annitomical implants) This is my review from start to finish!

After searching high and low through the internet looking at various clinics in Poland I finally came across clinic for you!
I liaised with Anna via email about the surgery I wanted and the price it would cost. She was fantastic, extremely responsive and very informative. She answered every single one of my questions without hesitation! Anna informed me of whom my surgeon would be and sent me a link with everything I needed to no about Dr Andrzej Bieniek!
I began my research in Dr Bieniek and was taken back by his extensive knowledge and past in plastic surgery!

I paid for the assistance package which I believe was something like £175 and I am SO pleased I did ! Myself and my partner were picked up at Wroclaw airport and taken to our hotel. We were then taken to a nearby hospital where I had some blood taken in preparation for surgery the next day!
We were then taken back to our hotel and were informed of lots of restaurants we could try! (Whiskey in the jar) a must try if you are wanting to eat in the city!

Early the next morning we were picked up and taken straight to the hospital!
I was completely blown away by the medical centre! So modern, stylish, impeccably clean and above all, every single member of staff were so welcoming and lovely! It made my anxiety almost disappear ! I then met Dr Andrzej Bieniek! He was such a lovely smiley happy man who just put me completely at ease! I had an extremely thorough consultation and felt totally at ease in the hands of my surgeon and Anaesthetist.

When I awoke from surgery I was doted on hand and foot by the nurses. Although a slight language barrier the nurses had an app on their phone they could speak into and it would translate into English! They were so attentive, constantly checking on me and giving me pain relief whenever I needed it. I couldn’t of wished for a better service!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my results, Dr Beiniek is a genius and has given me a body I dreamed of and I can’t thank this man enough for the confidence and the happiness he has brought me!

Surgery is a big deal, and surgery abroad is an even bigger deal. But I can assure you in the hands of Dr Beiniek and all of the staff at clinic for you, you will be in the best possible care !

I am 7 days post procedure and I am only just starting to feel well again. Overall I am very sad and disappointed with my experience.
I travelled to Poland for a labiaplasty, and after much research decided to go with ClinicForYou.
I was aware my consultation and procedure would be on the same day, as it is a relatively minor and straight forward procedure. However the consultation lasted all of five minutes and I was practically ushered out before I could ask the questions I had planned to ask.
I was told to be at the clinic at 8.30am. I had the surgery at 5.00pm and was offered no food/drink. But i must say the staff were generally lovely at the clinic.
After the surgery I experienced a lot of bleeding and swelling, I was reassured this was all normal. As per protocol, I returned to the clinic the next morning at 8.30 for a check up. I knew after the surgery that things weren’t quite right. I had massive swelling and bruising, particularly on the right side. The dr had a look and said all was normal, no issues. The follow up was even shorter than the consultation.
The following 6 days was hell. I experienced swelling, bruising and pain that intensified by the day. I was certain I had a haematoma. I kept in contact with the clinic and sent photos, expressing my grave concerns. They simply responded that all was normal, even though the stitches on the right side had opened. It wasn’t until I physically drew a circle around the obviously open, bleeding wound (sorry a bit grim) on the photograph that I had a reply saying that I should go back to the clinic so the dr could put another stitch in. Coming from a medical background, I knew that re-stitching an open wound is not advisable. And given the amount of pain I was in and sheer the lack of trust I had, there was no way I was going back!
I was due to fly home to the uk with my Mum a week after the procedure. However due to feeling more and more unwell and suffering increased bleeding I booked a flight home a day earlier. It was awful. I was met by paramedics at the plane and taken to hospital. Yesterday I had further surgery to remove a blood clot. In theatre they found that the bleeding was due to an arterial bleed and so I had the artery sutured and the wound closed. I still have lots of swelling but the pain is so much better already, thanks to the amazing NHS staff. It’s unclear how well all will heal, but I am so glad to be feeling somewhat better.
My experience has been unlucky and unpleasant and unfortunately I am feeling a lot of regret at the moment. Something that I wanted doing so desperately has ended up being quite traumatic.
Be careful, know the risks, and be really sure you want to take them :)

I had surgery a few years back it really did change my life I had a bad eye underneath and came for fat transfer.

The reason for the 4 and not 5 star is I originally was told I could have fat transfer to temples upper and lower eyelids and cheeks. But when I arrived they said no we can’t do temples or upper eyelid I was annoyed as I wouldn’t have travelled all that way had I have known. The surgeon and staff were not really friendly at all I didn’t feel welcomed or that they cared, other people said the same. They didn’t even want to see me for a follow up after surgery I was literally told to go home.

But I suppose if you’re good and skilled you don’t really need to be friendly Aslong as the surgery is done well.

HOWEVER. The results just from the lower fat graft were amazing and has changed my life completely so Thankyou so much I am thrilled still years later.

I had a procedure recently with clinic for you, I an honestly say the service was absolutely perfect, I took the care package option and was very impressed, upon arrival at the clinic on the day of the operation, I was greeted with smiling faces everyone went the extra mile to allay my fears,
I had a consultation with the surgeon and also the nurse assigned to me for the whole of my stay.
All my worries and stress leading up to this day were alleviated with every member of staff, I can recommend this clinic to all.

I had a face and neck lift, upper and lower eye lift and thigh lift performed by Dr. Aleksandra Luniewska in February 2019. And I was so pleased with the professional service I received, and am thrilled with the outcome. The patient coordinators, Anna and Miriam, were incredibly helpful; they were in touch regularly via email prior to the surgery, and provided all the information I needed before the surgery. The patient assistant, Eveline, was extremely helpful when I arrived. My anesthetist was great, I had absolutely no anesthesia hangover after the surgery. And the surgeon, Dr. Luniewska, was terrific, as were the nurses and staff during my overnight stay at the Clinic -- which was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The result of the surgery is better than anything I'd hoped for. It's only 2 months later and there's no visible scar at all from the lower eyelid surgery, and only a very faint scar in the crease of my upper eyelid, which is already fading. And my eyes look amazing now. Also, the neck and lower facelift procedure has taken at least 10 years off my appearance, it's amazing. The scars from the neck lift are completely hidden in my hairline and behind my ears. And the scars from the facelift, which run along the front of my ear, are hair thin and already barely visible. I'm able to cover them completely with a dab of concealer. I lost a fair bit of weight last year, and as a result I had a lot of excess skin on my upper thighs. So Dr. Luniewska did an inner medial thigh lift, removing all the excess skin. I will have scar running up the inside of my thigh, and another one in the crease at the top of my leg in the groin area. But they're not very noticeable, and they'll fade with time. And as a result of the procedure, I'll be able to wear summer dresses and even shorts -- which I would not have done before the thigh lift. I'm pleased beyond description with the result, and also with the price, which is about 25% of what I would have paid in the UK. I can't recommend the Clinic, and Dr. Luniewska, highly enough.

The prospect of going to have any surgery is daunting but to go abroad and have surgery is far worse because you hear of so many horror stories but the minute we stepped out of the airport and was met by Eveline our driver/interpreter our apprehension disappeared. Everything was well organised by Anna. The hotel that was booked for our stay was first class and the service we received at the clinic was excellent. Both me and my wife can’t praise Clinicforyou enough and would recommend them to anyone.

I'll be as honest as possible about my experience , Here we go, I travelled to Wroclaw for Gynecomastia Surgery with Dr Piotr Rataj after doing quite alot of research online, When i arrived at the airport i was greeted by Eveline who was great she took me straight to the local hospital for a blood test which took about 30 minutes. She then took me to my accommodation and arranged to pick me up at 8am the next day and take me to (clinic for you) Upon arrival we had a face to face consultation where i asked questions about the procedure then filled in some forms and payed for the treatment, during this time i felt relaxed and positive about surgery.Dr Rataj marked up my chest with lines then I was then taken down to the theatre for my procedure, I was injected with anaesthetic and then woke up in my room like magic with the surgery complete and fitted with a compression garment.( Which is very uncomfortable) but it's an important part of the process so has to be worn. I feel like i was treated very well and looked after very well during my time at the clinic all of the staff and the team were polite and considerate. I travelled alone so the Assistance Package was well worth it and made my life alot easier, its early days but I'am Very Happy with the results and im confident I'll get the desired effect aslong as i FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR AFTER CARE. For the last few years i have been really self concious about my chest and having gynecomastia, i done all my research about getting a surgery done to correct this and the prices in the uk were just not what i could afford, so i searched for treatment abroad and read loads of good reviews for clinicforyou, so i got in contact with anna who answered all my concerns and questions and was given all the treatment details and prices.
We chose a surgery date and anna sorted out an apartment for me for 4 days in the centre of wroclaw. I also booked the assistance package to put my mind at ease.
Arrived in poland on a sunday morning and was met at the doors of the airport by eveline who speaks absolutely perfect english and couldnt have been nicer, she made me feel really welcome and comfortable. From the airport eveline brought me straight to a medical centre where my bloods were taken and then brought me to my apartment. The next morning i was picked up early by eveline and brought to the clinic for the procedure, first impressions of the clinic was extremely good it was absolutely spotless and really nice. I met with dr piotr who marked me up for surgery and was brought to my room to change and relax. I was brought down to the operating room which was immaculate and was given intravenous general anesthetic then all of a suden i woke up back in my room and the surgery was complete. It was my first time ever going under general anesthetic so i was fascinated when i woke up about the fact iv had surgery done which took like an hour but i felt like i just had a little nap haha. Stayed overnight at the clinic and the staff were all brilliant. Discharged the next morning and was brought back to my apartment. I was able to go out for food that day and have a little walk around which i liked because i taught i would have been bed bound which was not the case but i didnt overdo it as body needed rest from surgery.
Had the surgery on the monday morning and flew home on the thursday morning. It was all so easy from start to finish nothing was complicated.
I paid around £1480 which is less than half the price i was quoted for the surgery to be done in the uk.
Im just over two weeks post op now and i couldnt be happier with the results, it has absolutely changed my life already and its still early stages, anna keeps in contact with me to make sure my recovery is going smootly and that i am healing ok.
Im so appreciative for all what was done for me, i cant thank clinicforyou enough for litrally changing my life and saving my mental health and confidence, for anybody looking at getting this surgery done do not hesitate to contact clinicforyou they are amazing.

Ive been to Clinic for you twice now and im planning on a third time. I travel from the UK and feel totally confident and comfortable with Dr Piotr Rataj. The clinic staff are friendly from initial email enquiries to the clinic to the theatre, which is ultra clean. Ive recommended the clinic to 6 friends and 2 have already been and visited and totally happy. I was initially worried about going abroad but when i met the staff, surgeon i felt happy. Then when i had the surgery i was very very happy.
