Utter disappointment (and annoyance) when, after 2 months from ordering, I was informed that the vehicle was not going to be delivered for a further months. This was followed by excellent help by Lana in securing an alternative vehicle.

Driver was early enabling me to get on with my day without disruption. he was also courteous and a credit to your company.

Driver of the vehicle was brand new and cannot fault his service or communication. Because the car was delivered an hour and a half later than the agreed time I had to cancel a personal appointment. I understand that things can happen and cause delays however the dealer should maybe be more understanding of the fact that people have working hours and may have plans for their personal time outwith work.

I changed my vehicle choice at the last minute (probably much to everyone's annoyance) but it was dealt with efficiently and I thank all those involved in sorting it out

The delivery driver went above his daily duties to ensure I received the vehicle on the day.

Overall once the order had been confirmed the process was pretty smooth and well managed but the quote system needs sorting i think as myself and a number of people here have had issues - surely the website needs to be up-to-date with current models etc so you can compare Co2 and BiK rates etc. The model i chose ended up being far more expensive than i originally thought - by circa £70-80 pcm!!

Disappointing that delivery of car was over 3 months later than anticipated. I appreciate that this is due to dealership issues.

I was given a specified time (9am for delivery) and had to call to find out when my new car was arriving at 10.40am. I was informed that I shouldn't have been given a specific time for delivery? Question 3 above asks if the vehicle was delivered at the agreed time??

Overall, my experience has been very poor with my initial order placed in Jan 18. Once the car was actually available, arranging the delivery and the delivery itself were very good but the experience from order to delivery has not been enjoyable.

The vehicle handover was very thorough and Martin really knew his stuff. Only couple of little annoying things were several factory stickers still being around the cockpit and one of the dustcaps missing from the front wheel.

It has taken nearly one year to obtain my car. The process has been a frustrating. The car has had to be re-ordered several times through no fault of my own. The long lead in time is putting off other colleagues in my own team (from ordering the exact same vehicle) which is terrible to hear as we need to encourage WD people to drive hybrids/electric cars. 48 weeks - 52 weeks I'm being now told to order a CHR seems outrageous when I can purchase one from my local dealership much quicker.

The car itself is lovely although I do miss the heated steering wheel which I was treated to when driving my hire car Kia Exceed for the last 3 months (very spoiled). I look forward to reaping some fuel savings.

Delivery experience was fine, the driver cleaned the vehicle inside, he couldn't sit in the vehicle with me due to social distancing but gave me basic info about the vehicle from outside. I specifically agreed to get the vehicle delivered before 11am due to other personal commitments, but the driver only turned up at 11:30am and I had to ring the dealership to check the delivery was still scheduled.

Delivery was to be 9 to 12.30 didn't arrive to 14.30 so bit of wasted day

Car was originally ordered from a UK dealer even though it was supposed to be ordered from Hertz Ireland. This caused a long delay and in the end i had to settle for a different vehicle. Very poor communication all the way through the process.

The car was ordered in June,delivery was predicted in September the car was delivered on January tenth SEVEN months after being ordered ,there are two months left on the 69 registration so 'new car' wont be so new in March
Really poor communication with myself chasing them the whole time, 4 predicted dates and delay after delay and poor excuses blaming the dealer ,If I had been purchasing a car and it took SEVEN months I would've cancelled and bought elsewhere! The actual car delivery day done by a contractor to clm was brilliant with no problems and good communication but even that wasn't confirmed by clm
Overall clm gave poor service and the excitement of getting a new car dulled to just wanting it over with ,the people I dealt with at clm were all polite and nice enough but all in all it's been a **** experience getting this car and I'm glad I wont need to do it again for 4 years (or probably nearer 5 if this time is anything to go by )

Placed order 26.11.18 had spoken to Area Manager from Mini normal lead time 12 weeks
-Informed 4.12.18 no longer available-
-10.12.18 order was authorised by Magnet Director
-18.12.18 still awaiting confirmation from Jamie(CLM)
*22.1.19 order confirmation finally received 20 weeks lead time by CLM!!!
Not given any updates during the process had to chase
Delivery booked for 7.5.19 AM
Had to chase delivery at 13.30 as car still not arrived------ arrived 10 minutes after phone call - no contact made to me on day of delivery.
