We were invited to my friends daughters birthday party saturday night and what a wonderfully kept place this centre was. I have 2 of my own children and they had a ball. The finger food was hot and cooked on the spot. Definitely recommend for private functions. Will go there for a casual play as well.

When we arrived for a birthday party of my son's friend in Sept 2017, I couldn't see anyone at the counter therefore we just opened the gate and walked in. Then there was a loud yell from a girl who just appeared out of nowhere , she looked at us angrily and asked "What's the name?" There wasn't even a hello or smile. It's very rude. Then later she came out to serve food with the same unfriendly look on her face. I thought maybe I'm just too sensitive to this kind of stuff. But then one of the mothers told me she was also yelled at upon entering. The place is small, dark and dirty. I'll never come back here or having any party here and I'll tell everyone I know about it.

We had our sons 7th birthday at the centre last week and once again was a wonderful birthday. We opted for the healthy option and it was amazing to see such healthy food fresh deli and fruit platters for the kids this is something I have never seen in play centres before apart from typical party food. The centre is very clean and full of colour and was very busy with other parties. We had a great time and so did the kids. Highly recommend value for money and very relaxing. Will be there next year again.
Food and the play structure

I went there with my 3 kids 4 and under, at a cost of approx $30. I really wanted to love this place as it's just a short tram ride away from home and the kids love indoor play centres. So we go in and it is exactly just like the other reviewer described it. A cave. It is so, so dark. My kids were too scared to go and play alone (hasn't happened at the other 4 play centres we've been to) and I was forced to climb up with them. So we climb up the stairs into the play structure and there is all this black dust everywhere you look. Everywhere. The place could not possibly have ever been cleaned. Not for years. I felt so disgusting while in that place. It really was rather quite scary, like something out of a horror movie and I don't blame my kids for needing me with them. The toddler area was the same. Broken toys, so many of them. Poor quality. Dirty, dusty, useless toys. Also all covered with the thick black dust. Yes black. I didn't even know dust could be black but I guess after years of buildup and grime that is what happens to it. Needless to say we didn't stay very long at all. There was also only one other family there, a woman with two older boys. We quickly left but I thought it was absolutely essential to wash all of our hands after touching all that filth so directed my kids to the "wash room". What a surprise, also filthy. Dusty, smelly, old, rusted and unkempt. A complete waste of my time and money, but I'm glad we didn't stay there long enough for our health to be affected. Those other positive five star reviewers MUST be family and friends of the owner. Or just deaf, dumb and blind. Will not be returning unless they get their act together and thoroughly clean up the place, and I mean thoroughly, renew the toys and facilities and get some decent lighting so you can actually see what you're doing (although the dimmed and dark lights definitely would help with concealing the dirt, God only knows how much worse it would show with actual proper lights). Time to clean up your act clowning around! Literally.
