I bought a recliner couch, sofa, and two recliners about 3 years ago from Coconis and the experience was good, the furniture is still in excellent shape; so went back when we needed another couch and two more recliners for a family area. Esther did a great job helping me make my decisions. I had just stopped in to look but then thought, "might as well order them" since the couch would take 3-5 weeks due to custom fabric selection. Excited to see the end product!!

I was there 2 hours trying to find the right chair everyone was very helpful. No one rushed me it was great I will shop there again and I will recommend them to my friends and family

Thanks to your sales person, Laken Garrett, our experience was very positive. She went out of her way to assure we got what we wanted without being pushy. She was very personable and exhibited a high level of knowledge and experience.
We will definitely shop at Coconis again, and would recommend them to our friends.

The furniture is from my mother who is 94 years old not able to come to the store. I found the stuff to be very helpful. I especially appreciated the help that Jennie and Marge gave me. For sure what shop there again. Thanks for all your help

The item was suppose to be brought from Zanesville to Heath on Monday,when I called early afternoon I was told they would call when it had been unloaded. Didn’t hear any thing more. Wednesday I called and they said it had been picked up, I informed them that I had not picked it up. When they went out to they warehouse they did find it, even though it had been marked that it had been picked up.

The ad that said your payment would be $14 a month with no minimum purchase last weekend. I wanted to charge the amount of $499.00 and I had to finance enough to make my payment $35. It was false advertisement and hopefully it will be changed in the future.

My service was great and the manager took the time out of his busy schedule to get me a great deal on my purchase. And find Mena table without chairs.with a great deal. I will be in the showroom in the future as soon as our house is built for more ideas. And to purchase a bad for sure for my kitchen.

He took his time with me. I was all over the place not knowing what I wanted in a recliner other than I knew I did not want a rocker. Answered all my questions. Very friendly. And very patient. The choices were great. And I was able to match the color perfectly with my couch and chair. Thank you.

The credit card experience for zero percent for a year was a disaster. You should hold your bank responsible.

There was an ottoman setting with a sectional that I thought was part of the set and it wasn't. You should make it evident that it is not included in the price.

The store clerk/manager was very helpful and searched for the best option for our purchase. Excellent service. We have been very pleased with the staff at both the Lancater and South Zanesville stores.

I did purchase... I’ve been a customer for 18 years. I just felt that the purchase that I made was an inconvenience to the young lady that help me. I ask if I could have the chair that I purchased delivered and I was told that I didn’t spend enough money to have it delivered. We don’t own s truck so now I have to rent a truck to pick up my chair. If I hadn’t love the chair so much I would have said let’s go somewhere else. We’ll see who I’m treated when I pick up my chair. If I’m not happy I will return and purchase some where else

I was very happy with the sales people and also the decorator who helped with suggestions. Everyone seemed to know about the furniture i was intetested in and helped co-ordinate my selections. It was a pleasant way to spent lots of money!
