It was very easy to find what I needed and delivery was next day or maybe 2 days with customs. I only got an order confirmation and a delivery notice which is great as some sites send you ten emails confirming the same thing ten different ways!
This level of service is comparable to the Digi-Key's and McMaster Carr's of the world!

The part was listed as a ship date in August, and I was plesently surprised when it arrived 5 days after purchase. Awesome job Coilcraft.

I do not like the way stock is being made available thru Mouser to International customers ONLY and US customer have to wait an extended lead-time. I purchased the XAL6060-472MEB and was told it was on B/O until 9/10/13 but I could see stock at Mouser. This does not make any sense to me as a US consumer.

we bought same parts 1/2 year ago and this time we need for same parts a LOA which makes no sense at all and we lost important time! if coilcraft offer parts online, than everybody should can buy parts, without LOA or anything else. this have to be changed.

We received the parts very fast, but when I wanted to add additional parts to my order and to pay one transport (both orders to be shipped together) I added a comment in the second order, also I wrote you a letter, but in spite of all that you shipped them with two AWBs.

I really appreciated how they corrected the part number to the correct one and then notified me of the change.

The Country selector page always throws me off because I am expecting to be asked to log in or ask for my shipping/billing information; seeing just a single drop-down box and a submit button is not what I am expecting.

I really appreciate that I can reference a PO and order these on account instead of only having the option of credit card or paypal.

Next day delivery by 1600 was not fulfilled, took another 3 day to get the goods here!
At 39 USD!
Could have been shipped in an envelope at a tenth of the cost!

Not all of the parts were delivered initially; we got 6 of one part instead of 60. The invoice treported all parts as delivered, so this was a pretty bad mistake. That said, the problem was rectified quickly at no cost.

I've been buying electronic components for over 20 years and Coilcraft is one of the easiest companies I deal with. Your online service has everything I need to make an informed buying decision. When it doesn't have the information I need, I get prompt and accurate answers via your friendly customer service people, usually the same day. Easy and accurate. Excellent!

we ordered per internet two weeks ago. There was mentioned transport of the parts over night. Then a lot of questions like what the parts are for. We answered, but we didn't get the parts. Now we phoned to coilcraft Europe. We restart at zero even we have had an oder number. That is awfull business.

I have recently ordered two lots of samples form Coilcraft's website, the first were sent but didn't arrive, the second were never sent despite receiving an acknowledgement, both of which delayed me ordering this order.

shop was ok (ordering, Payment) - but the delivery is awful, we are waiting for the shipment more than 8 days and we didn't receive the parcel until yet. We'll loose al lot of time to find out where the parcel is - normally we can get shipment from the states within 3 days.

If I had to rate inductors makers, it might be difficult to decide, who's going second, and who's the third - but for me the top of the list is always Coilcraft.
Best quality, quick delivery, no distributors expenses - would like just take the opportunity to wish them all the best with their business!
