They steal your money even with 2 factor authentication. And so not have Lycee customer support for complaints.

Beware! they will steal your money and just stall you. what kinda company gives you. receipt or processing and then nothing happens and the following day its disappeared, no email or message. They are a fraud company, everyone on all websites and forums say the same! they make fake accounts and edit they're reviews for positive reviews (look at other websites like reviews.io and google the rest)! Even they're twitter, just look at it for a few hours, so many negative comments that just get deleted after a few minutes by them. Worst experience ever! only lies and the same issues back to back to back and they reply the same stuff, just more lies to stall you and steal your money. getting your money on they're website is the easiest thing, but getting your money OUT?! you will get scammed! and stop lying! it cant be that every single person is wrong! look how many scam reviews.

Customer service was very condescending and rude I had to threaten to contact the police before they called me. None of my issues resolved it took me forever to get my money and my friend tried to make a deposit the day before and his bank account was frozen and had to speak to the fraud department to get it sorted out there’s a lot of fishy things going on with this company I don’t trust it at all anymore

Coinberry is a SCAM! $2,500 CAD and I am unable to get it back. DO NOT USE THEM! It is impossible to reach them and my funds have simply “disappeared “!!! At first they stated that somehow my funds never made it from my COBC account and are stuck in transit with Interac. CIBC says this was impossible as they have a record confirming it was indeed received by Coinberry. Next, Coinberry said they credited my account so I tried to retrieve my funds but they never arrived ti my account. I can Now not reach anyone. Be aware AND stay away!

As a new customer i opened an account and deposit only 200$ to see how they will proceed... its going to be 3 month now i cant withdraw the money ..i already approved my account sent the documents theyve ben asking i sent 100 of messages i called and once got a reply saying some informations are missing but not telling me wich one ...still no answer back from this person and still cant withdraw 200$ ..i was about to put more but seeing how they deal with the problems and with money they are not a trusted company

Horrible customer services, they let you deposit money in your account, then freeze it saying you need to do this passport driver license , proof of Adress, selfies and so on. But then never a proove it, my money been locked up hostage for weeks and hundredths of other people also experiencing this problem with large sums. When you contact customer service you get no response. Worst crypto exchange ever.
