This was part of a fraud apparently coming from India. My PC was hacked and my ccredit card's data were used to buy bitcoins.

I bought like 4 days ago and i´m still unable to buy again

Update: ok i was replied that i can´t buy again untill a week from the moment i made the purchase, seems fair, would be good that it was explained some where on the blockchain web site, it only says one day not one week

Got a problem with my bank trade, cuz of the 48H Regulation and the bank didn't send it in this time, so it arrived after about 80 hours. Just wrote them, in less then 24 hours the problem was solved. All in all, friendly and fast support!

First and Last Experience with Blockchain/Coinify ...I purchased BTC with a card and no less than twenty minutes after having the coin in my wallet ..it was magically sent to another address. UNBELIEVABLE. The support mechanisms are completely broken as well. STAY AWAY

For all the night of yesterday i tried to verify my account,but the software continue to say that my face isn't recognised..now i got only the id as document and is 9 years old..kind of normal if in 9 years my face has changed,i tried for like 1 hours,every time verification failed.Today morning i tried to get in touch with them with the chat and to talk to someone you got to wait some hours..i guess i'll be back using kraken,they look way more serious that a site that didn't allows you to verify easily your identity..can't immagine what can happen later when you buy if this is the start..

We are now with Coinify as a merchant since some time and are so far very happy.

The on-boarding process was a bit troublesome, but after that everything was smooth and we got a key account manager assigned. The system works smooth and payouts are made timely. As a merchant this are some of the most important points.

We integrated Coinify using their API which provides us full control over the payment process, flawlessly.
