We've been working with Colewood for a few months now and are now completely of the opinion that where adwords are concerned it's a science and an art that requires professionals on it to deliver optimum results. Colewood – Email Marketing
We have been using Colewood for our email marketing campaigns since August 2016 – I wish we had started much much sooner!
We were already a client of Colewood’s PPC Management and very happy with the work they do for us. They had mentioned several times that they could also help with our email marketing. We said no, for various reasons at the time, but mainly because we thought the email marketing we were doing in house was sufficient. How wrong we were!
It took very little time to get the service up and running. We had (and still have) a dedicated Lead Designer who was easy to contact, quick to respond and came up with some novel marketing ideas. We followed Colewood’s advice about how many campaigns to send and who to send them to. The results have been very very good.
For example, we have a month long annual Winter Sale. This is always very popular during the first week or so but then interest gradually fades during the month. We had at least two ‘reminder’ emails and each time the spike in orders was amazing.
We also send out a Monthly newsletter, again formatted and organised by Colewood. The feedback from this has been very positive and we are constantly receiving emails asking for copies and to be put on the mailing list.
I have found Colewood approachable and flexible. They are willing to change things last minute if need be and work completely to our timetable. However, they will also prompt us to provide more information to make sure we are getting the absolute most from the service. We are also given monthly results which are easy to understand – but if there is a question I know they are always on the end of an email or telephone if need be.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies who would like to improve their email marketing.

We've been working with Colewood for around 18 month and we cannot fault the service. We saw a massive difference from our previous company with Colewood always willing to go the extra mile. The increase in the the effectiveness of our PPC was almost immediate. The effort that Gaby and Mark put in on our account is second to none.

I gave Colewood the opportunity to manage my Adwords campaign which was runnign well for 5 years. They took over,m paused all our work and set up their own ads, adgroups and keywords. This ncreased our cost per conversion to nearly double and more than half our number of conversions and have the data to prove it. This reduced our profit and revenue significantly as we rely on adwords heavily. When I complained they shoved the invoice in my face and threatened legal action if I didn't pay. They also threatened legal action if I write a review. My opinion is that this company should be avoided at all costs. AVOID!

If you're like me and probably any other person that runs a website, you will get at least one call a day from companies telling you they can increase business and reduce costs. Most of them have no idea - promise the earth, deliver nothing and expect you to pay for the privilege of them doing that. These guys have been very different from the word go! Probably because they invested the time needed to understand what we do and who our customer are.
