My 1st time every ordering from this website and I must say I'm very satisfied. I like the options they give and different background props and other choices. The only downside is tweaking the photos from different slides; other than that I love it. I received my blankets within a week and to see the quality of work was outstanding. The pics on the blanket were super crisp and quality to perfection. SUPER EXCEPTIONAL. My 4 yr old son father passed almost a year ago and I decided to create his memory from this site. Our son had all smiles and was happy camper with his blankets (I ordered 3). I will continue to order in the near future. Thank you, a Happy Customer.

I wish that I read the reviews before ordering. We ordered a gift for Father’s Day and we were supposed to get it on June 13th. There is a problem with the delivery and we will not receive it till the 22nd. I would not order through this company again.

The quality is terrible and the site is very misleading. I'd give negative stars if possible. Due to their false/misleading advertisements and fake reviews, I now have more things to get done in the midst of a pandemic and an already busy enough life just to undo the transaction. The product I customized on their website came out to look nothing like what the website showed. Once you customize your product, they will show you a very high quality preview of what your finalized product will look like with no specification of the actual image being altered at all. I customized a very high resolution picture that only used white and black coloring along with a small portion of light blue and pink onto a 50x60 woven blanket. On the actual blanket, the white came out as a very dull multicolor mesh, the bright blues and pinks came out very dull, they don't use different shades of colors -instead they use ONE shade of each color and just add pixels of white for a colors' bright/dark contrast, and the line work is very bad -the line edges are very soft and undefined even with the picture being high resolution. They completely leave out any amount of quality loss but heavily showcase the fake paid reviews, deals, and nice looking CGI product preview. They're website makes it extremely difficult to navigate to the "product return" page. They're help page covers unnecessarily specific topics such as "how to create a profile" how to check order status", etc. but include nothing for a customer that is unhappy with their product. They're reviews must be paid for and fake. The company plasters these "very new" highly positive reviews all over their page and some even being form supposed highly credible people/companies. -As a customer whose actually bought something from them, there was no request for a review or section for me to leave a review on the sight. That's extremely fishy when the website shows hundreds of 5 star reviews being made daily.

I ordered a product from collage.com on 7/6. My moms birthday was on 7/13. I knew I was cutting it close, but the reviews were good. On 7/10, I received notification that my order was shipped. Whew! In time for mommas birthday. Nope. Here it is, minutes away from 7/21 and no tracking data from ups.com. Nothing. No package, no updates and no birthday present. Should have went with my gut and ordered from Shutterfly.com.....but shame on me, I wanted to save a couple of dollars. Shutterfly, no matter what, has always delivered

Today was a terrible day to speak with anyone at collage.com I spoke with a Elizabeth and Melissa and someone making up some name like Melissa. She claimed to be the manager or supervisor and the representative. I purchase vouchers June as a matter of fact June 1st. I've been working on them with no way to complete the job. Ask for help and the representative one to argue very rude. Claimed to send me an email stating they will refund the money I never received it. I don't know if they will actually give me back my money. It's a lot of false advertisement and I don't believe any of the good reviews are real. Had a horrible horrible experience I would advise no money to buy from them!

Ordered a personalized blanket for my mother for Mothers day. Received the blanket 2 days late and the wrong family on the blanket! They sent me someone else's family gift. The agent would only resend hopefully the corrected blanket and guarantee it by June 30th! A month and half later! No compensation, no accountability, not even an apology. Will not do business with this company again.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. They're stealing from All there customers by ramping up there shipping cost They charged me over $30 to ship my package to be delivered up the street. I know they overcharge all there customers because I work for the shipping company. They use a shipping option, which gives there customers reasonable discounts but instead they charge there customers outstanding rates. I will make sure I let everyone know not to ever buy from Collage.com because their a rip off company. This is the worst company I've purchased from in a longtime and they can not get away with tacking on extra charges on shipping when it cost nomore than $10 if not less. This dissatisfaction will not go away until the WORLD knows how they're Stealing from there customers. The Worst Business Ever!

Unless you can remember to place an order a solid 3 months before an event don’t bother. They have serious shipping issues and lie about when things are shipped, even if you pay extra and order weeks ahead of time based on the arrival date (with time to spare). I got an email saying it was shipped and even got a delivery date. It never shipped and certainly didn’t arrive on the date or even around it. What a joke. This isn’t hard - stop advertising false dates and lying about shipping. I showed up at a birthday with nothing. Clearly, from minimal research, there are issues here they don’t care to address. They should not be advertising or lying about shipping. What’s wrong with saying arrives in 6-12 weeks? Probably because the truth is ridiculous and no one would ever order, so instead of addressing it, they lie and falsely advertise instead. Now I have to dispute a charge on my card etc. You’d think this was some complicated transaction.

I purchased the iPhone 11 pro custom phone case from them a few weeks before Christmas for my wife. It came quickly and was not damaged. However, the image on the case was total garbage. It was WAY darker than the original, blown out and pixelated. The website does not support uploading a large uncompressed raw file which does not help with their terrible print job. It really feels like they printed the case using an at home printer. Stay clear, just use shutterfly.com.

I ordered a woven blanket for my sister with her drawing. It was a gift for her. The blanket was shipped a few days after I placed the order :) And the result is wonderful. The blanket is soft, and my sister is very happy. Thank you!

I do much with collage. If there's an issue with your order Collage ALWAYS takes care of the issue. To me, they have incredible customer service, better than anyplace I've used. High quality and products that look amazing. Once I couldn't put text on cards so I called them. Woman in customer service was SO great! She asked if I wanted help which I did. She put the text on my cards for me and had me look at it. Where else can I do this? I recommend collage.com to anyone or everyone

Fantastic company, great products and amazing customer service....; I have created a blanket - which came out fantastic, clear pictures and super soft - and only upon receiving it did I notice an error (MY error) ... - :( OMG. This was for a "round" birthday and I had no choice to order another one. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately send my a discount code, so I could order a new blanket THANK YOU for being so awesome!

I wanted to buy my sister a custom sequence pillow with a picture of our bunny on it. I purchased the 16X16 sequence pillow with the picture on the front, a custom back, and an insert. When my order arrived, it was MUCH different than the picture online showed it would be. There were white spots all over, and loose strings/sequences. The back was supposed to be dark grey, however was more green than anything. I contacted support that night and has a response in a little over a day. I started speaking to an agent name Will B over email. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and understanding. I sent him pictures of the problem product and he apologized for how it came out. After listening to my concerns, he offered me a voucher to buy a replacement product and even recommended what pillow he thought I should get. I opted for the 20X20 poplin with insert, based on his recommendation. I even created a collage of pictures on it. When it arrived, it looked EXACTLY as how I created it online. The pictures were crisp and beautiful! My sister loves her new pillow! I am very impressed with Collage's customer service and how quickly and efficiently they fixed my order. Will B had amazing customer service skills and I am very thankful for my new pillow. I will definitely order from Collage again.

As a recent hire of Collage.com, I wanted to order some items so I could check quality myself and be able to share that experience with customers. The canvas I ordered for my second bedroom really pops against my teal wall. The 6 pictures of my dog I placed on a Queen Sherpa are CRYSTAL clear and huge. And it's so soft! My dog loves it too! I'm thrilled to work for a company with products I can believe in!

I ordered a birthday gift for my husband on 10 December 2019. On 21 January 2020 I still didnt receive it. Clearly it was gone. I tried to get them either to locate it or to resend by DHL or a similar service. They refused. They spoke nicely but zero help. I asked for the refund which they said they agreed to (oh thanks you're willing to pay me back for the product you never gave me?) but I have yet to see the account being credited. What's worse is that I receive their spam asking me if the recipient liked my gift: no my husband never saw the gift. But the cherry on top of the cake is that they delete bad reviews and block you from social media. Good reviews not to be trusted.

This company is fantastic! They reach out on a personal level to see if you are happy with the product. I was very happy with everything, however, I didn't gauge the brightness on one photo in my collage-it was my error, yet they let me re-order free of charge! I offered to pay shipping and they refused. I will be getting many gifts and such from this company in the future. Keep up the stellar service and outstanding product!

I thought their prices were reasonable so I designed four standard pillowcases on their website. When I checked out I discovered they were charging me $27 to send them to me. There's no way this actually cost them more than $3 or $4. This is not how a respectable company acts and should not be legal.

My order was a family portrait book, 12" x 12" 20 pages, hard cover, 5 copies. The book quality was great. My gripe is the shipping charge is a rip off. The 5 copies as packaged weighed 7#, and USPS media rate for this package is $6. Collage.com's shipping charge was $55. Yes I knew the rate when I placed the order, but with my investment of time in laying the book out I decided to bite the bullet and proceed. But I will never order from Collage.com again.

I ordered one for my boyfriend, as we live in different cities and I wanted to surprise him for our anniversary. The creation process was easy and had instructions, even tips on how to place the photos so they'd look good. I saw some negative reviews on the delivery but mine delivered five days early! The quality is spectacular, and my boyfriend says the blanket is really soft. The price was amazing and I couldn't be happier!
