Staff was very helpful on phone. Initially I was going to send my unit in for repair. I called and spoke with a technician to get the order instructions. The tech asked a few questions and helped me understand that it was probably the battery and it was user replaceable. Quickly found the correct battery and ordered it. My Tritonics G3 transmitter is now working like new. Thanks!

I contacted CC a while back about a number of older collars I wanted to trade in. Kevin informed me that there is a rebate on the collar I wanted and that I could purchase the collar now to take advantage of the rebate, then send my old collar in and still get the credit applied. It's been a while since I've bought from CC but I have always appreciated the great customer service.

I have had a Sport 50 G2 collar for a good while, very pleased with it, a friend had given it to me. I ran over the controller with the lawn mower several years ago and it finally has died. Sooo I was glad to see the reconditioned one!

The batteries ordered were delivered within days of being ordered and were packaged well. The tracking process was clear, and updated constantly. The package was delivered to my neighbor but that is not the fault of Collar Clinic.

The first time I tried to create an account (late in the night two days ago), I received an error message (the response code was a 503, which generally means "Service Unavailable"). Since it wasn't clear whether my account was created or not, I used the "forgot password" feature, which said an email was sent with instructions, which I never received. (So I guess my account wasn't created when I got that initial error.) I did this twice over the course of two days before trying to create an account again. Aside from those issues, everything else was fine. For me, none of this is a big deal... I'm not annoyed (I'm a programmer so I understand that tech problems happen), but it did delay my purchase. Other customers might be very put off by these issues, so I wanted you to be aware since you're a great company and I want you to do well. Personally, I'd rather do business with specialist sites like you, but I think a lot of people, if they'd gotten the same errors I did, wouldn't come back days later and try again... they'd just head over to Amazon and buy, which is a shame. I called yesterday looking for a battery for my collar and the person was helpful and indicated those batteries are no longer made. Turns out, it was the transmitter battery which was bad. Collar was fully charged yesterday and left on 24 hrs and still going!
