Very good customer service, quickly delivered and the Delivery driver was concientious enough to ask if I'd rather it was put in the back garden to prevent waking my partner up who'd just finished a night shift!
Oh and the Rad & Valves look great!

i would buy from them again very reasonable prices and quick delivery, although the driver could not lift one of the radiators and i had to help him it was very heavy

I placed my order easily online and had received and installed my items (radiator accessories) within 48 hours! The items that I bought are of excellent quality and the shipping service was really very fast and efficient indeed

Very happy with the delivery service , the radiators are excellent I paid 3 times as much from another company 2years ago for 1 radiator and you can not tell the difference , thank you column rads, I will be ordering the rest of my radiators from you .

Smooth ordering process delivery was within a few days, customer service number was answered quickly and delivery details was given on the day of delivery approximate time slot overall good price and a good service. Would highly reccomend.

Radiator looks even better than in the photo's.

Nice selection of products, good delivery, only problem was clearly a manufacturers issue, one of the radiators (1500x600) had a lot of shot blast material inside and no vent fitted, and box was scuffed and had damaged paint finish (very minor), but as I was fitting, it just meant cleaning it out first and buying a vent. Would still buy again from this supplier but will check on delivery next time rather than before fitting! I am sure the issues were manufacturer rather than supplier.

30 day return? They're not telling you something.
Unless you are 100% sure what you want, do not order from here. We were unhappy with the finish of the radiators we ordered, so wanted to return them and get some replacements sent. Our only option was to either hire a van and drive them ourselves to the warehouse in DAGENHAM, or find OUR OWN COURIER. They wouldn't even recommend one that they use and us pay the fee. Customer service were shocking, passed from pillar to post as if we were the first person to ever want to return a radiator. It's honestly not worth the hassle, shop local.

Can't fault this service especially the delivery guy who was very pleasant and helpful with a phone call to say he was on his way and friendly and helpful nature.

We ordered a radiator but unfortunately the wrong one was delivered but they changed it with in 2days . The delivery men were very nice . I am giving 5stars as I think they deserve kit and would recommend them to anyone .

For some reason they thought I could do with a different size rad to the one I ordered, now I have lost another week waiting for the one I actually wanted.

Customer service was brilliant - I made a mistake on my order and they resolved it within one day. Quick to answer the phone on multiple occassions and very helpful each time. Very impressed overall and the radiators are gorgeous! Thank you

The first radiator was damaged and they replaced it the next day,which was great.
Unfortunately the second radiator was also damaged,but we had to live with it as the flooring was being fitted the next day.

Very good service, we ordered the Revive 750h x 400l Double Premium Radiator (P+) and our plumber was impressed with the quality and price and is going to look into using Column Rads himself.
