Ordered a brand new unit. arrived damaged. I didn't realize until the installer was here and noticed it. I called to ask if I should cancel the install, and send back. customer service immediate Offred me a $100 refund, I explained I had the installer here, and did not call about the refund but said OK. after getting the unit installed the tech told me, based on the damages, it would probably leak when I started using it. so I called back once installer was gone, and I was no longer frantic. I told customer service a $250 refund would be fair considering the risk. they told me you already agreed to the $100.00 and good luck. I understand now this is common for them. so when you call, they make sure to have you agree to a lesser discount. especially if you have an installer there, and your back against the wall.

Beware of this dishonest company. I spent $1000.00 and now I cant enjoy my new AC unit, but worry about when it will go out.

Purchased 10 Gree 9000BTU 38 seer with built in WiFi mini split system. They gave me a discount. Three units arrived damaged by shipping company. I provided photos. ComfortUp immediately sent three more units without hesitation. All units are installed and work great. I would recommend ComfortUp!

My confirm E-mails got sent to junk mail and I had to call delivery people to arrange for final delivery after it set for four days, other than those hickups, it works flawless and was $100.00 less than Amazon! Highly recommend!!!

Ordered it on a Thursday and got it on Monday. Had previously ordered from AJ Madison. Waited three weeks and all I got was lies and false information. Comfort Up was great.

I received my order and my reason for three stars is that to get my complete order I had to call three times and was never offered anything additional for my waiting. I have not unpacked and installed my unit as of yet because of the delay I have to wait for my workers to be able to come back.

I purchased six mini split a/c units.

I had several interactions with customer service. All my questions were answered promptly and cordially.

Shipping was challenging in my rural, far-flung location. They handled it flawlessly.

I would not hesitate to purchase from Comfortup.com again and I continue to direct anyone needing a/c units to them.

I was notified a couple of days later that the unit I purchased had been sold out. I then purchased a smaller unit. I hope it works.

Ordered my LG LA180HSV2 minisplit system late at night 5/5, received the freight shipping on 5/8! That's 3 days to Rockledge FL. Wow! The system was well packed on a pallet and not a scratch. Installed the system that weekend in my bonus room(man cave), now my hot uncomfortable man cave is cool and pleasant. Haven't had any issues so I can't speak for ComfortUp customer service. My buying experience was 2 thumbs up. Thanks ComfortUp!

I ordered a Mitsubishi mini-split I-See system with (9k, 9k, 18k) with 30K BTU capacity from ComfortUp.com. I shopped around but found ComfortUP.com to offer the best deal and have higher rating. They shipped it right away and they are very responsive to email. I ordered on Aug 28th. It took about 8 days to get it delivered. Just finished installed it on Oct 8th and it's functioning beautifully. This is a DIY project so it took awhile to get all the parts together and installed. I saved about $8K on the labor cost.

I bought a Gree Neo 36,000 BTU air conditioner and received the package with a missing remote. After calling and talking to customer service for 10 days now. My remote is still not here. Some reprentatives have no clues others made promises but my issues haven't been resolved yet. Horrible way of doing business period.

Order did not arrive on specified day -- rather, it was received at a warehouse on the specified day and then I had to contact shipper to arrange for deliver to my location. This was never indicated when I ordered. Further, freight carrier insisted that I would need to provide the manpower to unload the truck. Again, this was never indicated when I ordered (fortunately, the driver was willing to take the equipment down on his lift gate). I called ComfortUp for assistance when these delivery issues arose (on the date when the items were to be delivered) and I still have not received a call back. I've called them several times and have never been able to speak to a live person, only a voicemail system where one can leave a message.

The one tracking number for the line sets was wrong and ComfortUp could not provide me with the correct one. The line sets did arrive, one box was damaged but the contents was ok.

The tracking number for the A/C unit was good, but dealing with the people at the shipping company was difficult. That's not ComfortUp's issue but they did chose the shipping company.

When buying my 2 units ever thing was great Kevin was great on helping me but after receiving my units l went through the owners manual l found a couple of errors so I called kevin to explain what l found he was very rude I will not purchase any thing from this company again when they get your money they want nothing to do with you

ComfortUp.com shipped as advertised in 2 days, the unit was delivered by appointment wrapped and strapped to a pallet.
Phone calls to their office responded with total satisfaction. Their technical department was the best I have ever dealt with.
I cancelled an identical order with a much larger well know company because I saved $400 with Comfortup.
I am happy to share my experience with them. Normally I find it a waste of time.

I was contacted shortly after my order saying it would be shipped on a Friday and I would getting shipping information then. Contacted the following Tuesday to make sure it shipped it shipped on Monday and they forwarded to me the shipping information. Should get it by the end of the week, If there are any shipping issues hopefully I can update my review.
