Finally got the bed all set up with our new mattress! The quality is unreal and we cant wait to get into bed tonight .... really ties in with the rooms theme colour is very rich and clean ??

Fast delivery, nice bed and footstool, paid £620 plus extra £70 for the extra inch on the headboard , for the money I am happy with both the bed and footstool and fast delivery.

Ordered this just over a month ago and it was delivered within a week. It is always difficult to find a super king bed that is nice but this one is absolutely fabulous.
We ordered in plush silver velvet and we are not disappointed. The bed is well made and quite easy to self assemble.
The communication was great and I would recommend to anyone looking for something with a touch of class

Very happy with my bed. It’s made and finished to a high standard. The seller is very helpful and responsive, keeps you up to date with the delivery and any information needed. It was delivered very quickly and I had no faults. Only positive criticism would be better institutions of how to put up the bed, maybe a small booklet with step by step guide. Other than that I’m so thankful for giving me a positive bed purchasing experience my bed is AMAZING

The most beautiful bed I've ever seen!! It's such good quality, really sturdy and most of all so so pretty!! Pictures do not do this bed justice! Really happy with it!

Gorgeous bed, arrived before I thought it would delivery was fine very happy with it extremely comfortable definitely reccomend park lane bed. Has completely transformed our bedroom

Lovely bed! Had a few issues but was quickly resolved with a phonecall. No issues with delivery or installation. Thanks sooo much the park lane is looking lovely in our bedroom!

I ordered a bed from comfy sleeps home and the delivery of it was very disappointing. Firstly problem was they rang at 7.30pm to say they will be coming the next day. Unfortunately I work full time and was not going to be home, they could not give me an exact date. Then the bed finally got delivered yesterday thankfully I was not in work as they just turned up and I never knew they were coming. When I spoke to comfy sleeps they said they use a third party for deliveries. I would of used another company if I knew this, very dissatisfied with the service. Unfortunately The review from the company is a lie. Very unprofessional of a company to make them self look better. I never recieved any phone calls saying it was coming and also they never delivered the week before and waited in the rain. Very bad tactics of a company, to behave like this.

Very good customer service! They answered all my queries prior to ordering and were very helpful with suggesting ideas on what kind of bed to go for. Love that we could customise the colours and material! The actual bed that came was at such a high quality and really seems like it’s more expensive than it was! Absolutely recommend comfysleephome !

The bed I ordered was not what I got.
The Nina wing back shows a really high headboard which is nothing like what I got delivered, it’s half the size and very disappointing as it doesn’t have the effect on the bedroom I was looking for.

This "company" doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a bed and the headboard I ordered was too big to go up the stairs - ok, that is my fault as I should have done the measurements myself instead of relying on someone else to do it for me and assuring me the headboard wouldn't be too big) I asked if I could do and exchange for a smaller size headboard and was told that it is bespoke and there is no exchange or refund allowed (bearing in mind the "bespoke" headboard was ready to ship in 24hours) and the bed cost me over £1200!

After calming down I decided I would put the headboard on ebay and order a smaller size headboard but guess what? I have called more than 20 times in the past 6 days since and emailed 3 times with ZERO response from Adam or anyone else. I hate this company. Massive let down and I feel completely scammed. I regret ordering from them :(

Don't do it if you are thinking of buying a bed from them...I promise you will regret it and PS They change their name every time they get enough bad reviews.

The Winged Victoria bed is beautiful, I am so pleased with it, quality and look is fantastic!
Service with CSH was brilliant, Adam was so helpful in answering any questions and delivery was within a week of ordering. I would definitely recommend both this bed and the company. Thanks!
