joe, manny, and everyone there is equally helpful. only had handful of hardware issues over the years (disks eventually fail etc) and they replace it w/o even asking about the warranty sometimes. if its small, no rma involved, just toss the defect.

they have proven to be a super find with likewise service thus far, and considering how quickly, easily, and ubiquitously this industry ticks me off ... trust me, this is a rare and earned compliment.

I placed my Soyo motherboard order Friday night from Michigan. The WEBsite provided the shipping info on Monday and I've got the merchandise with no problems, whatsoever 6 days later, via FEDEX ground. Packaging was done well, the product worked, no problems after installation. Pleasant experience.

I ORDERED A VEIWSONIC M50 MONITOR FOR 49.00 PLUS 20 SHIPPING. IT ARRIVED IN VERY GOOD PACKING MATERIAL. WORKS GOOD.THE DAY AFTER I PURCHASED IT ON THE SITE THEY LOWERED THERE PRICES ON IT BY $7.00. I just purchased 2 Dell GX270 Slim P4 computers with the 512MB DDR memory upgrade. I received both of them today via FedEx. I opened the first box and plugged all of my peripherals in to the computer and pushed the power button. All I got was the "steady Orange light" on the power button. Went to Dells website to lookup the manual for this machine and guess what? The Orange light means "the motherboard has a problem. So I opened up the second box and plugged in all the peripherals and pushed the power button and "the Orange power light" came on solid. I spent the next hour checking and re-checking what may be wrong. I could not call Computer_Show.com because it was too late in the day. I will call them in the morning and see what the out come is. I will post the results here. I can't believe they sent me two bad computers. Bummer....
