As a first time buyer with no knowledge of the mortgage process, I received not only a very helpful and informative service, but also a very understanding and supportive one too.

My first impressions of Connells is excellent- the initial appointment with Ryan was kept on time, he fully explained the selling process and gave all the information I need at this time. This is the beginning of the selling process and I am happy with the fact that I am with Connells.

was told at the valuation it would 1.1% when final bill arrived, I was charged a flat rate that work out at 1.25%, a search was also organised and then sent to the wrong solicitor so for just over £3000 I did not get a very good service, so I will not be passing on any recommendations

I rate them at 5 stars because they are professional team of estate agents, who helped me towards purchasing my first house, and guided me step by step. I will recommend with pleasure for friends and family, because they are very punctual about their appointment times, and give quick responses with any enquiries by phone, or by email. I look forward to working with them in the future, if I have the opportunity. Hopefully, next time when I resize to a bigger home, I will not hesitate to contact them again.

I was recently dealing with a financial advisor on the phone but didn't really feel like I was getting many options for my mortgage and life insurance. Alicia listened to my needs and I feel a lot happier that I have explored different options and I have made the right decision for me.

I was contacted by Connells and had a good conversation with the lady that rang, not pushy at all, answered all of my questions and after chatting to her I booked an appointment and subsequently put my house up for sale with them.

My wife & I had an early afternoon appointment with Connels in the West Midlands shortly before Christmas 2017. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up being very late. The manager very kindly went out of her way to accommodate us as she knew we had travelled a long distance. Connels have also been very supportive and all the information provided has been very thorough. We could not ask for better service and would happily recommend them and use them again if applicable.

I was left homeless for 6 days due to Connells agreeing to a completion date on my behalf. Then I was called a liar and also the company mis valued my property which meant I lost money on the sell price as it was under valued by the surveyor.

Connells come across initially professional whilst getting you to list your property with them, once a sale has been agreed they seem to forget about you, they should be providing updates each week, instead they don't .. You end up chasing them yourselves, emails are not replied to for few days, then you end up chasing them on the phone again..
