Jeff Lever was quite simply first class - from my first conversation with him on the phone right up until the point of exchange. Buying my first home was a challenging experience, with several unexpected hurdles along the way. However, I felt that Jeff provided excellent support throughout the entire process, not only in terms of professional advice, but also consistent moral support. This definitely helped me stay determined to make sure I succeeded in my house purchase. Jeff's friendly manner and genuine care was above and beyond professionalism. Now that I am living in my very own first home, I am incredibly happy and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jeff for helping to make my dream of home ownership come true.

Jeff and Annette provided us with a fantastic and professional service, not limited to following up our case, advising on offers and looking for a great alternatives but also being extra flexible and as we were interested in a 95% LTV HTB mortgage.

I received an excellent service from my mortgage broker, Jeff Lever (Greenwich branch). From my initial meeting he understood my requirements and suggested products that were competitive but suitable. His expertise ensured the application was smooth, and a mortgage offer swiftly obtained. There were a few hick-ups after the valuation, and despite it not being Jeff's responsibility, he was always there to offer whatever assistance he could, and went the extra mile to keep the purchase on track. He was efficient, yet personable, and I valued his knowledge and assistance. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and I will not hesitate to recommend him.

“As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and knew nothing about how to get my first mortgage.
When I spoke to other mortgage advisers, I left having no idea of what exactly they were talking about or how and when I would make the repayments.
Jeff Lever was amazing. He was not only very professional, knowledgeable and informative but extremely friendly and patient.
Jeff answered my super many questions every time, never making me feel stupid.
If I had more questions, he would always be available by email or by phone.
I got a mortgage in speed time!
Jeff took into consideration my circumstances and I got a very good rate.

Jeff could not have been more helpful - even though I had left things until the last minute he sorted everything out quickly and saved me a great deal of money on my monthly payments.

The service that I received from Jeff was second to none - he was really excellent. He is a lovely guy who knows his stuff and made everything as stress free as possible - nothing was too much trouble. We've used Jeff 3 times for mortgages in the past and no doubt will use him many times again in the future.

Fantastic professional and friendly service from Simon in the past and Jeff now what nice people!

I have used Conran Financial for more than 13 years for finding the most appropriate buy to let and residential mortgage deal and for remortgaging. They are best ifa I have found, and I am known for expecting high standards on service and efficiency and they have always delivered even under pressure.
