easy and fast ordering system, however, the packaging came undone during shipping and I received one less product. Conservation Mart did compensate me for the loss so no problem with customer service as it was excellent.

First time using Conservation Mart. Best price I could find online for the products I needed. I also called with questions, Franco was an excellent help in expediting my order and expertly courteous. I will be using Conservation Mart again I am sure.

I like the fact that Amazon's reputation for security when paying by Visa, is one of the most impressive elements about ordering products with Amazon. Your reputation precedes your product selections.

My first order was handled very well. Placed the order on Sunday. Shipped on Monday. Arrived on Wednesday. MaxLite 4' LED replacements were double boxed for good protection during shipment. All 25 of the bulbs worked as expected. I call this excellent service. Thank You Looking forward to same excellent service for this next shipment. Also note I prefer using PayPal for my online purchases. Quick, simple and safe.

after creating an account, I could not complete my order because the "Submit order" button is disabled. After I re-start checking out again and select as guest, I was allowed to submit my order. A bug in your system?

The reason for 4 stars out of 5 was due to a question which was answered in a timely manner. Had there been half stars available I would have given it 4 1/2 stars. The illustration did not show the ph. only the temperature.

The only thing that was odd was that my phone number was listed in the shipping address. Hopefully it won't actually be included. It was confusing however. It made me "edit"/check my address.

I spoke to a very kind man at the Conservation Mart who told me that I am to order through my credit card via PayPal. I was happy to see that the form was easy to fill out, and I look forward to receiving my order soon.

Conservation mart service was fine.The order process was easy,they shipped on schedule date. The shipper(fed-ex) messed up from their. Delivery from Houston to Memphis was ok.Memphis to delivery address about 60 miles took 3 days and it was not deliverd to my address.I had to go find it!!!

Ordered two types of washable face masks. Order arrived relatively quickly. There was as slight glitch with my order. I contacted customer support. They were very professional and helped me to my satisfaction. The products (masks) I received were of good quality and at a fair price. I would highly recommend this product and Conservationmart.com

Was very pleased with the reasonable prices. Very fair and good shipping. Simple but effective. Loved that the masks were washable and had replaceable filters. Just what we needed for good source control.. We will probably need these for some time to come.

The order placement was a little confusing because I had to click "place order" before getting prompted to fill in my Paypal information, but then when it brought me back to your website it was the same screen and I had to click "place order" again. I thought there was a chance something had gone wrong, however it turned out just fine as I got the order confirmation after the second "place order" click. Thanks!

navigating the website was very easy. I did a GOOGLE search for the item I was seeking and you all had it in stock. I have not received the product as of yet. But my shopping experience was nice and easy.

I have used this type of nightlight (electroluminescent) since the 1950s. They use .03 watt of electricity last for years, and have just the right amount of light to be a excellent night light without being overpowering. The manufacturer of this nightlight(LimeLite)improved the design and makes an excellent product at a very decent price.

Delivery after order took FAR too long...and I paid a premium for expedited delivery. Poor performance. If you are going to charge a premium for expedited delivery, it must be expedited. This is the second time in two tries that delivery has been painfully slow. I will go elsewhere next time.

I hope the device is what I need. I asked if I could pay $10. for it rather than $7.85 so I could meet the minimum order amount, but I didn't get a response. So I had to order two. C'est la vie.

The shipping price changed 3 times as I was ordering, first it started at 9.14, then 10 something and finally 11.36. Shipping costs are a little high. We are desperate for an aerator, though, which is why we bought from your company. Actually liked your selection of products.

Issues that eventually got resolved: getting promo code to work, getting stuck at shipping method, and getting declined by fraud service where other websites did not with billing address (although that might be a good thing making sure it matched with the card).
