I had the good fortune to get in touch with James at the 866-303-9147 number. He answered numerous questions I had about Constellation and selecting an energy plan. He was an excellent resource. Up until then I was only finding sources that required a contract fee for assistance.I applaud Constellation for providing this free service to potential customers. I will share with my friends and recommend your company.

How can your company lock me in an account that I have had for over 5 years and then try to keep me in it with a treat of charging me 150.00 if I leave. This is not worth joining the company. I will tell all my friends about how you do business.LC

I had two issues needing resolution. The gentleman who assisted me (whose name I do not recollect) was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough.....and most helpful. You have an excellent customer rep - most unusual when most reps are difficult to understand and not knowledgeable. Constellation: Great supplier, great personnel.

I experienced with the constellation representative was excellent. That is waiting to see how long it will take to be in effect.

I spent almost half an hour with customer rep. She was patient, good humored, and professional. We had to go through some cycles more than once. But we finally prevailed.

since the same thing happened 2 times in last 3 months. as soon as my contract is up i will be happy, your rates may be a little lower, but not enough to offset the trouble getting problems solved.

I don’t think I’ll renew after my contract expires in Dec. I didn’t have these problems in the past.

I feel the constellation is incompetent when they can't even build their customers properly month after month I keep being double-charged Atlanta gas light charge because on the previous month the Atlanta gas light charge was not on the bill which in my opinion is not my fault when I bill my customers everything on the bill is for that month there's no hidden charges there is no added I forgot to do this is ridiculous that this large of a company cannot handle their own billing problems and to end I like the gas company that I have but I would not recommend it to anyone else because of this reason I am looking for a different Gas provider that will work better as a company than constellation does

Good contact 2 or 3 minutes taik to coustomer service. Just Energy tried three times on phone almost hour before last call when person answer. Won't call them.

I am very disappointed that Constellation as a company make an error by not charging me correctly but two bill cycles later charged me for the error they made with no explanation. Your behavior was extremely rude and inconsiderate to the consumer.

Mr. Lewis was very helpful and was able to address my concern regarding the two months of ALC fees vs one on my bill. This technical glitch has happened before and he was able to credit our account one of the charges. He was polite and funny too and I am completely satisfied with his customer service.

I had to call three times to to get my mailing address corrected Twice yesterday. Called yesterday morning to confirm address change. Was told it was done. Later yesterday got my bill with wrong address. Called back to check and wrong address was still in system. Second call of the day has it corrected. 40 minute wait yesterday
