I was looking for this panasonic epilator for a couple of days and all the prices were over $46 and that was without shipping. Then some how I came across this company and the price was almost $38 and that was with FREE shipping. I paid for it on the 26th (night) and received it TODAY the 29th. I found the router I was looking for at Consumer Depot at a lower price than other stores. I ordered on Dec 19th and rec'd it on Dec 21st.
I would order again from Consumer Depot. Very pleased with their service.

i bought the ipod a month before a birthday. By the time I gave it as a gift, it was already out of warranty. it worked for one day and then quit working, but Consumer Depot would not take it back!!! i am very disappointed.

I ordered the SanDisk 4GB Extreme III SDHC Memory Card, which arrived yesterday. It was a brand new sealed package.

With it are a SanDisk SD/SDHD card reader and travel case, plus a mini-CD with SanDisk RescuePRO v3.3 (data recovery software for Mac or Windows). Everything is brand new, as advertised. Total cost with shipping: $13.98. I am very pleased with their service (this is the first time I have ordered from Consumer Depot), and I'm happy with the product. Others have reported a less than stellar reputation, but my experience was very positive.

I placed three orders with Consumer Depot, two of which were mishandled. They sent me the wrong items twice. It's impossible to talk to a live person in customer service. I called sales to see if I could talk to someone in customer service and was literally told, "That's not gonna be possible," and was transferred to a voicemail before I could finish my sentence. I have been shopping online for over 10 years, and Consumer Depot is my worst online shopping experience to date. Prices are low but so is the quality of service.

I ordered a "new" copy of a computer game called "Oni," but what I received was a dented-up, taped-up box containing one of those free AOL CDs with a home-made Oni label covering the face of the disc. The pages of the manual were also all neatly ripped out and replaced with the pages from a copy of "Tomb Raider." If I checked the BBB's web site before ordering, I would have known this would happen...

I have bought a few refurbished and new items from consumer depot and no one was cheaper. The items that were refurbished looked brand new and worked great. Also, the shipping was fast, wrapped well, and brought to me in days. Thank you Consumer Depot. Things I bought:

Item totally not as described,packaged poorly,shipped with the battery(defective) and ac adapter on top of the lid for the LCD.Screen has compression marks on it.Returned within 7 days and with the RMA # clearly on the box and they still refused it.If you deal with these clowns and get a bad deal,good luck trying to get your money back from them.Just file a chargeback with your credit card.AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered two 1gb rams chips. They sent one 1gb and one 512mb. I told them about the error and they replied stating they don't have another 1gb. I was given an RMA to return but they will not refund the shipping charges for the first item (they charged additional for the 512mb RAM that I didn't want) and I have to pay shipping to return it. Unacceptable. I will not ever purchase from again and I will not refer them.

Bought an Xbox 360 that is refurbished and 6 months later it fails. Brought in to local electronics repair place and they tell me the unit is one of the oldes they have seen; no firmware updates have ever been done. Tried to email Consumer Depot and they send me an automated response saying that they have a 14 day policy and no exceptions. Tried talking to someone in Sales as there is no phone customer service and they reiterate that there are no exceptions and there is no manager or owner who is willing to take my call. My advice, never use these people. Bad product and worse customer service.

This was the first time Ive ordered something online and surprising enough I got my package within two days and I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was. I will definitely be using this site more often.

Purchased Bello' HTS100BN theater chair on Sunday and it arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday.
Net (3) days for a 32KG box on a skid is quite impressive. In stock means in stock in their warehouse and on the road the next day. Consumer Depot was $300 less than Best Buy and Home Depot and well worth the 48 hour wait. Thanks! I'll be a returning customer.

I ordered a refurbished Nokia 5530 and instead received a defective open box Nokia 5530. Never used the phone for a day and I am told to be responsible for $10.99 for shipping charges and also to pay for the return shipping charges. This is a fruad and the worst onliner merchant. I will never recommend this retailer to anyone.

I ordered a new motherboard in bulk packaging early on Monday morning, with "3-5 days" shipping, on the Consumer Depot web site. The pricing was extremely low, much lower than any competitor. I received an order confirmation email promptly after placing the order. On Monday afternoon, I received a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking number. The motherboard arrived on Wednesday (TN to CA). It was well packed and in new condition. I did not have to contact customer support. I would do business again with Consumer Depot. Recommended!!

I ordered two color print cartridges for my hp printer.. neither of the cartridges worked properly.. the first cartridge didn't print any color and the second cartridge prints an extremely faded version of color... barely legible.

The order was placed on 4/3, shipment notification was 4/7, order received on 4/9.
Everything was handled professionally and promptly.

I bought on Comsumerdepot the Bose Speaker Wire Adapter Kit and it was supposed to be brand new. I got one used, broken and one part was missing so I cannot use it!
