Contacts Cow

I received a tracking number a day after my purchase and received my acuvue defines within a week! Very happy. ContactsCow, you rock!

I don't know if I have the right to review Contactscow.com yet since I haven't actually received my order yet and it has in truth, only been about two weeks since I've placed my order, but one thing I'd definitely like to warn others about is their possibility of misrepresenting themselves on their website. Their website, which first of all, seems quite professional states in clear, bold print saying that they would reply back to emails within 4 hours (see another user's review below); however, they lie. I've emailed them twice within two weeks and so far, there is no reply. It's one thing to take time for a product to arrive with respect to where one lives etc., but it's another thing to ignore its customers especially when the company states they would reply within a certain time frame. This is my first time doing business with Contactscow and frankly, I'm already distrusting Contactscow. It's a shame because I was planning on buying from them from now on. Also, on a side note, it seems like the company was well up and running until last year of 2013. Are you guys still there, Contactscow? :(

I received my orders 3 days after I made an order.
So I really liked how fast they shipped my items.
But that was it.
Once I opened the package, I saw one of the boxes was already opened and the front part of the box was ripped.
I was not happy with the condition, but I was just going to accept it and wear them anyway because I was almost out of my daily lenses.
But then once I checked the boxes, I realized that they sent me wrong items.
They didn't send me the right vision (power) that I ordered.
I emailed them 3 times and I have not received any emails or responses back.
Their website says they will reply to our emails within 4 hours, but no. Not even 4 days... I am very very disappointed and I have to order another contacts from different website.

We browsed the web and found that this business has an active Facebook page. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
