I ordered a pair of sunglasses, aviator style, and I was shipped a completely different pair of sunglasses from what I ordered. The glasses I received are pink with round frames, not even close to what I ordered. I called them and they said that if they run out of the style you choose, they will substitue for a different style on promotion items. I could send them back and get a new pair sent, at my expense for shipping, but that again, if the style I chose is out of stock when it comes time to ship, I would be sent a replacement. What the heck!!! Not very good customer service in my opinion.

The whole 20 for 10 sales voucher is a total gimmick and waste of time. If you use the regular coupon codes it works out to basically the same price. Don't dress up a **** and tell us its a great deal. If I could have had the free shipping or $5 off it would have been an actual sale, however my contacts conveniently fell into the under $99 range by a few cents with the 20 for 10 deal.

when you order items you are told they will ship within 3-5 business days but apparently they don't have many items in their stock so you have to wait an additional 5-6 business days so that they can get it from the manufactures.
you are being told that every retailer would face the same problem with the stock, which is simply not true.
you should state on your website the accurate number of business days you need to complete a simple order. horrible experience especially when you rely on the 3-5 business days to get the product.
better order from elsewhere

Spending $170, but of course the “get $10 off over $149 spend” and “ get $5 off over $99 spend” coincidently don’t apply to my contacts. it’s all deceptive marketing to lure you in. Yes, the price is very competitive... but it **** me off to not get the deal that you promote, so I probably will go back to clearly.ca for my next order.

I placed my order three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my contacts. They waited two weeks to ship. Why? I don't know. They never communicated with me. The shipment is coming from the US. Why? Again, I don't know. The website says 1-3 day shipping in Canada.

I have never had an issue with them in the past, but I should be compensated for their lack of communication.

I ordered from Contacts Express last year and this will be my second time. I`m happy that I`m ordering on Cyber Monday but it was a fluke. Realized I`m out of contacts and had received a reminder email & discount code. I will definitely order again next year!

I needed to call your call center because de french version of your web site doesn'T work at the credit card payment page. This is really frustating. Also there are pop ups at each french option. You really need to address that.
